Call for a no heat service call
he took my info and called me back when closed out the job he was working on and repaired our furnace the same day. They installed the the furnace and were there to service what they sell.
How can you ask for more than that !

I have used Dan since he opened in 1991 ( I was very pregnant and the air conditioning went out…. he was the last name in the yellow pages “V” and was available to come! We’ve never used anyone else on our 3 homes through the years. Now, his very capable sons ( who grew up on the job with him) are available as well. They’ve been at my home for 9 hours putting in a tankless water heater that required a lot of time and effort. They are THE BEST! 3 more honest and hardworking men you will not find! I’m so grateful for your expertise and kindness!

They were punctual but not very friendly. I had a knee replacement and heard him telling his workers my house was messy. That hurt.

My husband and I hired them to install three brand new A/C systems (one was a heat pump) and not only did they give us very poor quality systems, one of the A/C units stopped working after only 8 months after install! They weren't friendly at all and didn't even come out to fix it since it had broken down within the year, they actually tried to charge us extra maintenance fees and more to get it working again, said that one of the parts went out and it needed recharged again. Had another HVAC specialist come out and they fixed the unit within a few minutes (no new parts or Freon needed) and had us back up and running! Oh and did I mention they melted the siding on my house while installing the units?

These guys are irradic drivers on the road. I just was behind their work van all the way down county line road as they weaved in and out of traffic literally cutting everyone off.

If they are disrespectful like this on the road and represent their company in this manner publicallu.... I sure would not want them in my home
