Smith Appliances saved the day today when our freezer quit working. As old as it was, we weren't interested in trying to repair it. We called, explained what we needed, and they delivered exactly what we needed before we lost all of our frozen food!

I bought a beautiful white double door fridge from Smith's their delivery was awsome the guys were on time and ready to go they were very careful to protect my new flooring and I didn't lift a finger the price was amazing too$ 495 has ice maker and everything works thank you so much to the gentleman that delivered it to Syracuse today and Smith's appliances check out staff ....I know where the Lawrence family will get all their appliance needs ...thank you Tiffany Lawrence

We love Smith Appliance, their customer service is second to none! They had precisely what we were looking for and we know if there are any problems in the future they will be there for us, as they have been in the past.

My oven stopped working and I suspected it was the igniter so I called Smith to see if they had a replacement in stock. They not only had it in stock, but they also tested the old one for me to confirm it was indeed the igniter. They also gave me advice for how to install the new one and I swapped it in and it worked great!

Great customer service. We had a question on washers, and the owner took the time to explain to us options and suggestions of repair. Certainly will go back for assistance! Thank you for a great experience.

This business was here to serve me instead of trying to get my money. Brian correctly guessed my washer's issue AND told me how to fix it myself. They didn't get any of my money, but actually talked me out of spending $80 on a part I thought I needed but didn't! I will definitely be going back there when I need to make a purchase!

Have been able to buy parts for both my clothes dryer and clothes washer, allowing myself to repair both of them on separate occasions. Also, remember recieving helpful tips from them on the repairs each time . On another occasion with a natural gas stove the repair was done through Smith Appliances and was happy with the services provided.

Excellent service! They are always helpful if I have questions and anxious to help out in any way they can. I have bought all my kitchen appliances there and washer and dryer. Can't beat the customer service during and after the sale.

We have been looking for a new range for over a month. Nobody has anything in stock and they wont sell off the floor. Went to Smith's Appliance, found just what I wanted at a very good price. Very impressed. Will always go back!

I bought a washer from them a couple of years ago and it started making a noise. I called them for service and they showed up the same day to check it out. The repairman needed a part that they didn't have in stock. But he was back with the part in a couple of days. Good service as long as the item was purchased at Smith.

We have patronized Smith's for many years and have always had unbelievable professional and friendly service from all their staff. We've bought new appliances plus had repairs done and it has always been the same. I would recommend them to anyone!

Great service. I have bought a fridge and I am shopping for a range and a dishwasher. They are very candid about appliance features. I have been fixing my washer myself and whenever I need a part they are very helpful even if it is a screw I have lost. The owner has saved me money several times by suggesting that I fix parts that fail often first which always has fixed the problem.

We have used Smith's for over 40 years. I had washer problems and was in a real panic a week ago, they bent over backwards to help me even though they were swamped with work. They ended up having to install a new washer the same week,but they understood the position I was in. Thank you Smith Appliance and all the gracious people that work there!!

Smith Appliance is a locally owned WONDERFUL mom and pop type business. Very friendly and helpful. They really seem to want to direct you to the appliance that best meets YOUR NEEDS, and NOT THE HIGHEST PRICED ONES. Highly recommend and a huge plus is they do their own service so worth every penny.

We needed a new part for our gas dryer. We didn't want to wait to order online, so I suggested to my husband that we see if Smith Appliance had the part in stock. They don't service our brand (Samsung) but luckily they did have a part that worked. We were in and out of the store in minutes. My husband installed the part and our dryer is up and running again. I spoke with one of the receptionists at Smith about getting a conversion kit for my Range/oven. She was professional, friendly, and kind. She quoted me $53.00 for the parts, and said they could order in in for the next day. A few minutes later, she called back and said that she discovered that they have a kit in stock, and I could come pick it up any time! When I arrived a few hours later to pick it up, I was shocked when she informed me it would be over $20.00 less than she had quoted me because they had figured out that they had a kit on hand that fit several models with a few extra parts, that should fit my unit, which was only $30.00 plus tax.

15 years ago I bought all my appliances here. So when they needed replaced I thought I would try a big box store. So I bought a fridge because of price at a big box store. Mistake!! So I went back to Smith's and just had my new range and dishwasher delivered and installed. The guys were on time and absolutely wonderful. When I stopped in I did not have to hunt down a salesperson she was very helpful and I found what I needed and wanted very quickly. I will not be going anywhere else. Sometimes a tad cheaper is not always better..
