They were able to come the same day and replace the hot water heater. The two technicians were efficient, and polite.

We just moved here from Cincinnati and had a sewer issue. Being new to the state, we had to rely on the word of others to find a good plumbing company. We are so grateful that we picked Eckel. It took a little bit to finally diagnose the issue, but the plumbers were beyond professional, honest and very, very reliable. We are so glad to know that they’re still honest hard-working companies out there and we appreciate you.

I've used Eckel Plumbing several times and they have been incredibly reliable and timely! Their plumbers are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone wanting quick, reliable service from a great company.

Initially, I had a good impression of Eckel Plumbing. They seemed like a professional company that stood by their customers. During their first visit, they quickly diagnosed the issue with my water heater and even pointed out a nearby leaky pipe, which I appreciated. While their prices were on the higher end, I decided to move forward because they seemed reliable. They got the gas control valve covered under warranty and charged me $935 in labor to complete the work.

Fast forward 8 months later, the same issue came up again with the part and service they had addressed. I called Eckel back, hoping they would stand behind their work. Unfortunately, they refused to take responsibility or help remediate the problem, leaving me to find another plumbing company to resolve it.

I’m disappointed that a company I initially trusted wouldn’t back up a job they did less than a year ago. For the price and the expectation of quality, I expected better. Would recommend shopping around before you go with Eckel

They NEVER call back!

Never calling this company again. $80 for a five minute assessment for a problem they couldn't help with... seriously? This may be the way "everybody" does business, but that doesn't make it right.
