RJI did a fantastic job. Great people. The roof looks great and they cleaned up all debris when they finished. The sales team was not pushy or overly aggressive like some other companies I spoke with. Overall a great experience.

We live in Nevada and weren't familiar with RJI but were impressed with their honest approach to getting our business.

A storm had damaged our roof and they were able to work with our insurance and get us the roof/gutters and window replacement. They had a great roof crew as well as gutter team. The window/patio door installers were pros as well. When there were issues (because let's be honest, no matter how great, there will always be a hiccup or two), they were responsive (like super fast) and easy to work with!

We recommended them to our next door neighbor and he used them for his roof too!

I live in Grimes, IA and hail in July 2021 totaled my roof and gutters. My insurance company initially would only cover the gutters, but with RJI’s help, patience and expertise were able to help appeal my insurance claim to ultimately get me a full roof/gutter replacement and recommended an upgrade to class 4 shingles (Northgate) I’m extremely happy with! In addition they identified attic circulation and flow issues my builder (2 year old house) had not done well and were able to add additional vents my insurance co paid for as well.

Taylor Stussy and the entire RJI team I had the pleasure of working with were always highly professional, on time, finished the entire job in just over one day with immaculate site clean and overall did the job right. They exceeded my high expectations and without hesitation I recommend RJI to anyone needing a new roof or gutters!
