Our new siding is wonderful! Jose and his crew are easy to work with and very professional. Jose gave us an estimate quickly and completed the work in a very timely manner. DLR does whatever they can to have good project outcomes. I will hire them again for future home improvements. Mary Markwalter. Mason City, Iowa

Got my basement remodeling. They gave us very detailed estimate and reasonable price. Very mindful and careful. We love the result.

Easy to work with. Made sure things were done right. Would hire them again. Treated me with respect.

Returned my call quickly and offered same day service.

I received several estimates for updating my deck & so happy I picked DLR Construction in Ankeny. Jose was so good to point out issues & update me daily on their schedule. The job was completed in a timely matter & now I have a beautiful composite deck that requires low maintenance. My thanks to Jose & Amy for helping me through this major home improvement!

I appreciated their timeliness, professionalism, well I missed to discuss options, and their efficiency. I’ll definitely use them again.

Jose and this group of workers did such a good job today it was cold and windy and they found all the problems with the warping behind the siding. I would always use them for this kind of help.

Home near Perry. Replaced house trim with PVC

Needed several exterior window frames replaced… from reaching out to many business for quotes, for some reason not many general contractors want do that kind of work. Jose was quick to respond, to come out for an estimate, and to have us on his schedule for repairs. Kept me updated on the process and was good about showing up on time, getting the job done efficiently and correctly, and cleaning up when his crew was done.

I'm very pleased with my driveway and sidewalk installed by DLR. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, clean, and professional. Jose provided excellent consultation on several options to improve the property (positive grade, widened approach) and went above and beyond to ensure a quality finish. My neighbors noticed the quality of work and are working with DLR on more projects in the neighborhood. These guys are good, reasonably priced, and highly recommended!

They did a great job and when I had a question he answered right away.

This is now the 2nd job we have had them do. They did a great job the first time so we hired them to do something completely different! They demoed our 2 car driveway to make it 3 car and then ripped out our existing patio and made a larger one as well as another patio on the other side of the house. They also created a sliding gate for us. They were also very well priced compared to the rest.

The Construction Company is great the Construction guys take great detail in their work they do and perform the job well done.
