Lucas was wonderful; he made the experience relaxing and calm. He answered all of my crazy questions and was kind and considerate. The job was completed quickly and you can't tell there was ever work completed. 10/10 would recommend him specifically. If all of 72 degrees/Holt repairmen are like Lucas, you will have stellar service.

Recently had a whole system replacement. Todd was great walking through the different options giving the varied pluses and minuses and answering questions. After the initial consult he was very responsive getting back to me on follow on questions.

Pat and Josiah were excellent on the install. They worked quickly and efficiently even dealing with my furnace space that needed a few things moved around. Both made sure to answer questions about the finished system and walked me through it all.

Logan did a good job fixing the problem. Answered all questions I have. Thanks!

Pat and Josiah are absolutely wonderful! They are both professional, considerate, kind, honest, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They conducted themselves with a high level of integrity, going above standard service. They installed a furnace, air conditioner, water heater, humidifier, and air purifier. They made sure we understood how to operate the technology, to utilize the equipment to its highest efficiency and greatest comfort for our home.
Pat and Josiah worked well as a team. They improved the functionality of our utility space, streamlined existing piping, and left the work area cleaner then he they found it!
They are diligent, respectful, hard working, thorough, and take pride in their work.

John, Justin and Ryan were the best. They came in and got the job done right away. They were professional and as far as me wanting other things done in my house they were helpful. You could not ask for better employees. I will be calling Holt to talk to someone about the things John and I talked about. They know what they are doing. I would have them back if I need work done again. The three were very pleasant.

Cameron was very helpful, he got my water heater up and running and checked out all of my plumbing free of charge to see if I had any other issues. We even did some water tests and science experiments to see where I could make improvements. Very helpful and very educational!

Quentin was awesome! He gave me a heads up 20 mins before he arrived, he was super helpful in figuring out the problem and helped me work through getting my home warranty approval for the call out. He was able to solve the issue same day and gave me some times to avoid the issue again.

He was very thorough with explaining how efficient the system was operating and gave tips on how to improve functionality.

Trenton explained what he found and did clearly. Diagnosed the fan issue quickly and reset the affected dip switch. Photos of the heat exchanger showed his concern about the rust present. He performed a very professional and extensive service on our furnace. I rate him 5 out of 5.

Matt was thorough and went beyond our usual service. He spotted our dryer vent connection was not fully attached, allowing lint to blow out. He reconnected and taped the joint securely .He also arrived right on time, and his communication was excellent. Great job!
