Does excellent work and very responsive.

This man has retired and is no longer in business.

He put in a furnace and central air. We have had no problems with either. Have had since 2015.

I wish all contractors performed their services like Armstrong Heating. Prompt professional service. I highly recommend!

WoW! What great service from Armstrong Plumbing and heating . I had a furnace go out in my Griswold rental and they got right on it. Blew the competitions price out of the water and saved me $1000. I will be using them for future service. Thanks

Uncle Ray I miss you

The guy came three different times and installed the wrong part that was not big enough for our furnace. He finally got the right one installed and I paid the bill...well 3 months goes by and he drops off another bill doubling the previous one I already paid. I would not recommend him

I called and asked if they would be willing to swap out a water heater for a new one, they said they did not sell the type I wanted. When I asked if I purchased it elsewhere and just hire them install it if they would be willing to work with me. This is what I was told: "If you buy it from a do it yourself store it's do it yourself, good luck."
I understand not wanting to install something that you do not sell, however this is the rudest possible way to convey that point. Their competition was more that willing to explain their thought process on this and willing to take my business.
