Alex came and did repair same day and worked till 9:30 pm to get it done. Was professional and went above and beyond to get job completed. Highly recommend.

I had another heating and cooling company come out 3 different times and could not fix or find the problem. Called primo heating and cooling they came out the same day in less then 10min found the problem and got my furnace running.

Thank You for installing our American Standard Heat Pump and Air Handler. We Called Alex to look at our old heat pump as it wasnt working correctly. Being new to this area we was unsure who to call. We decided that Alex would be the one to install our new unit. We trusted him from the moment he arrived to take care of our needs. We called and they came out same day. They had to hunt down a part from out of state for us. Wonderful group to work with.

We had a aircon unit moved and reset during foundation work. The crew came out 1st thing the morning work was to begin and had it reset with a days notice on the other end. Great service. Thanks!

I just deleted my original review. I called Primo 5 minutes before closing to ask for help. Shop furnace went out. We have to much $$$ in supplies and machinery to let it freeze. He was here within the hour. Saved us again... Thank you so much..

Alex came out because I was having trouble with the gas fireplace and in talking I mentioned how high my bills had been and I saw the look on his face when I told him my highest bill so I knew I needed to replace it! Alex gave me my options and I went with the Bryant Evolution!!! Alex got me a very low interest loan and made it so easy!!! I'm very happy with it and was pleased with the whole process!!! I can see how much it's costing me on a daily basis and it's incredible how efficient it is!!! Told Alex that he's my guy until I die or he retires!!!

Alex and his team were very professional. Took on a big project of installing all new hvac and ducts throughout my home. (old House Challenge and they exceeded my expectations) I could barely tell someone was here. Quiet, clean, polite and very professional. They did great. I called them last minute and they fit me into their schedule. Luckily, I was local too. They were quick as well.

Eric was on time, very professional, and found the problem with our dryer right away. He was able to replace the faulty part, and also cleaned and oiled the pieces within our dryer. It is now working perfectly and no longer squeaking loudly. Highly recommend!

After calling around to several different places to try to get them to work on our mini splits, we found the percent one Primo heating and cooling. The 2 brothers Tim and John, that came out to fix our mini splits, they were extremely professional and friendly. If ever we need mini split unit maintenance done again. They were awesome. Got a great price on a brand new high efficiency furnace and ac and within a week they showed up and had everything installed and taken care of in a day. Awesome service and friendly people. They did a great job.

Alex and the guys at Primo Heating a Cooling are amazing!! My AC went out and my house was about 89 to 95 degrees. I have 3 kids and we were in some serious trouble. He came and got us a new AC system for a very reasonable price and had it installed within 24 hours of us calling him to come look at our problem. Alex and all his guys are very friendly and very efficent.
