Our AC quit working overnight. By the next afternoon it was fixed! Everyone I spoke with was pleasant. The two gentlemen that came to my house were professional, polite and efficient. I highly recommend!

Called when AC stopped working and had technicians on site in a very short amount of time. They diagnosed and explained the problem, made the repair very quickly and had us up and running on a Friday late afternoon. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend this company. .

I had the great please to work with Wallin Plumbing and Heating in the construction of my house. They completed all the plumbing along with the heating and cooling (geo-thermal), and fixtures and were extremely professional and great to work with from beginning to end. Everyone on their team from the owners, to the sales professionals, to the workers did a phenomenal job and truly cared about the quality of the products and services that they provided. I will continue to use Wallin’s for all my plumbing/HVAC needs as I know it will be done right, at a fair price, in a timely fashion.

I had a pipe freeze at my salon and Jade was there asap to thaw it for us. He was extremely professional, very kind, and even offered to clean up the mess of the removal of drywall. I said I would take care of it since I was sure he was very busy that day. Will definitely call on Wallin plumbing again!

I've had the pleasure of working with Wallin's Plumbing & Heating on several jobs throughout Southwest Iowa. They have always be courteous and efficient. They have worked with us from beginning to end on jobs and I've been highly pleased with them. They have a good group of employees and Deb and Lynn in the Clarinda and Shenandoah offices have always been super helpful when I've needed something!

When we decided to get a new furnace and ac I started calling around for estimates it was becoming a night mare. This company deserves a 10 star rating from the time I called for an estimate till the time they finished the install they were professional and extremely nice. The install men are top of the line and also deserve a 10 star rating. Thank you for ending that nightmare and making it a pleasant experience.

When my husband and I moved into our new home Wallin Plumbing was there to help. They came very quickly and fixed everything that needed done in a professional manner. Wallin Plumbing has always been reliable and great to work with!

Compressor went out of our a/c under warranty. They had to order one and they kept is updated everyday on the ship date and installed as soon as it came in. Dave did an amazing job installing. He was very friendly and installed in a timely manner!!

We had Wallins install a water softener we bought from Home Depot. It was a simple installation that we couldn’t do because we didn’t have the tools. Keep in mind, we had the plumbing for a water softener already installed. They had to come back four times because they installed it wrong and pipes kept leaking. I just received my bill in the mail and they are charging us $430. Workers were very nice, but when I get a bill for that much, I don’t care how nice you are. I just care about your skills. Hopefully they make it right with a fair price for the quality we got.

UPDATE: They did get in contact with us about the issue and sent Jeff to redo the pipes. He did a fabulous job and was very attentive to details. I will be requesting Jeff for any other plumbing we need done in the house.

Wallin Plumbing did all the plumbing work on our kitchen remodel and bathroom addition. They did good work and were super timely! Our bathroom addition was tricky, because it was in a part of the house that had no plumbing set up. Wallin's had to do some pretty tedious plumbing in a tight space, and it went well. I would recommend them to anyone.

The technicians are great, really knowledgeable and do amazing work. My only issue with this company is the customer service. When you make an appointment for a certain day, you can't get an ETA and the technicians just might not even show up. When you call to ask for an update, the person on the phone pretty much acts like they don't know anything that's going on and say they'll call you back, which they never do. This has happened multiple times with this company. Great technicians, and when they actually show up, the work they do is fantastic. But the customer service is just deplorable.

They was scheduled to come between 10am -11am I sat around the house until 1:00 pm They didn't call when it was raining, I had to call to see if they was going cancel the assistance on the phone couldn't tell me where they are at or if they could get to me to that day so I told them what times works best for and still couldn't get here on time..

They just want to make as much money off of you as they can.My furnace quit blowing heat and when they came to look at it the technician claimed I would need a whole new furnace that they would install for $10,000. I declined and called Clarinda Heating and cooling and they fixed my furnace for under $100. I gave the tech from Wallin 100 in cash for his visit and now I'm still getting bills in the mail saying I owe them money when they didn't do anything to my unit. Save yourself the hassle and just call Clarinda Heating and Cooling.
