For years, I’ve used Mr. Cools (Mr. Soby) company. I can’t say enough about the excellent service I have always received. I would recommend again and again.

He came and fixed my heater on a Sunday afternoon, he was kind and generous and I loved working with him. He showed me what was wrong and even how to check it myself. Such a great experience.

He came out and gave a very fair bid. We agreed to have him do the work and put $500 down to get started. No work was ever done and no response from phone messages, texts and a letter sent requesting a refund.
