Hayden and tech put new shut offs on our bathroom sink and toilet. They installed a new sink and toilet as well. We also had some issues with our septic lines not draining. They put in a camera and found we had roots in part of the line. We had to remove the tree that was on top of the line. Then we were able to fix that section of line. Thank you!

Was having issues with my water heater on a Saturday, trouble shot some thing myself with no luck. Called and started a work order and Hayden called me no more than 5 minutes later and walked me through a few steps over the phone and got it going free of charge!

I called and asked for an estimate for some work on a shower stall that needed a new shower head. Tucker came at the time I requested, gave me the estimate, and then went ahead and installed the shower head that I had already purchased. The work was quick and professional. We are thrilled with the result!

Tankless hot water heater installed. First use was a long shower, about 50min, not in it the whole time only about 30 min in the shower. 10 min before and after let it run just to try to see how long I could stretch it! The Waldsteins have always treated me really good. Two great family business! AirServ and Waldstein Plumbing. To Hayden, Travis, Jane, Ava and all the techs keep up the great work!

Hayden and his team are great to work with. They are knowledgeable, kind, and very thorough with their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of any plumbing work.

I've had this company service my house for the last few years and they are pretty amazing. This last time was to unclog a drain that has been slow moving for 18 years. It finally plugged, and they had to get out the big guns to unclogged it, but once it was done, I could wash a large load of clothes without any water backup. Thank you!

I was having a problem with my shower. Kaden came, explained what was wrong, what it would cost to fix, then got it done. He was very pleasant and did a good job. Next time I have a plumbing problem will be calling Waldstein's.

The guys were very courteous.And always answered our questions we had they did excellent work. And cleaned up after themselves when they finished the work. Great guys to get the job done right. Very happy with the work done.

Arrived before time, they said they were going to be here.Did a very, very good job?I had them come back and do the concrete which they did a very good job on that too

I called for service, emphasizing that I had an emergency, and plumber arrived at my house within an hour. The main problem was resolved in less than an hour. A secondary problem required a part that the service provider didn’t have with him, but he promised to get back to us. Overall, I’m very pleased and happy to recommend this company. (I can’t comment on the price because I haven’t needed a plumber for years, so I have nothing to compare to, but I was happy to pay what was charged.)

We had a rotting subfloor under the toilet due to a leak. Waldstein provided excellent service. They were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up so we'll we couldn't even tell they were there.

They also worked closely with the flooring company to minimize the amount of time the bathroom was out of service.

And, they charged a fair price for their work.

We definitely recommend them.

Had great experience. Helped me figure out that the second turn on was the one that feed my house after city told me no there is only one.

Called Waldstein for gas leak. A different plumber was on site at the time and quoted 4-6k, for the same issue (all new gas pipes needed) Waldstein quoted 1.5 - 2k, was fast, friendly, and more knowledgeable - with HVAC and plumbing experience- than other plumbers I dealt with. Five stars.

Called because of a pin hole leak in our copper pipe. They showed up strong 1pm and had it fixed by 2:30.

The Waldstein Plumbing crew came to our home and quickly identified and resolved a drain issue. They were courteous, friendly and got the job done. We will definitely call them again when we have any plumbing needs. Thank you Hayden and staff!!
