Very professional business. Arrived at 6:30 am, tore off old roofing, installed new roofing including ridge vents, cleaned up jobs site and were finished by 11:00 am.

Bryan was very informative about the process to have my roof replaced. He was available for any questions and he was present on site throughout the whole process and everything was clean and picked up when they were done!

I am probably being redundant to the many other 5-star reviews, but it is worth saying many times. Bryan (owner) and his crew are amazing. Caring, considerate and professional. Bryan was on-site most of the day and when he was not, other members of his team took over quickly. Really worked hard to protect landscaping, decks and windows. My neighbor watched them (we had hail in the area) and contracted with them that same day, as they were also impressed. Bryan does the estimates, ensures quality and is there if something goes wrong, he is there to fix it. You are not dealing with a sales person you never see again after signing the contract.

Bryon was a great to work with. Good communication which is a must, and his crew were knowledgeable, friendly and very hard working.

Clean up after the job was thoroughly done...and the roof looks awesome.

I had been trying to get a roofer to fix a small leak for the past year. Yes... year! I suspected it just needed to be caulked and I had other roofers tell me they’d come out to take a look and then never did. Within a few days of my reaching out, Bryan came to my house and fixed the problem on the spot. I know that roof replacement is obviously better for business and makes more money, but the fact he treated my problem with immediacy shows the type of owner he is. Great guy, even gave some pets to my cat :) Thank you, Bryan and Genesis Roofing for doing business the right way!

Bryan and his crew did a fantastic job. Replacing a roof is a big and very messy job. Yet once they were gone, you couldn't tell they'd even been there (except for the brand new roof of course). I recommend them highly.

Bryan and his team did a great job replacing our roof. The entire job took less than one day thanks to their excellent preplanning. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with their work.

I have been a remodeling contractor for 26 years. We obtained four bids for roof replacement on our personal home. Genesis was not the cheapest, but were in the middle. The bid was straightforward and easy to understand, with no product upgrades or warranty gimmicks. Brian communicated very well with us before, during and after the process. He provided samples of the products he would use, showed up on time, and thoroughly explained the steps involved in the process. He listened to my concerns regarding flashing and potential damage areas. He also offered to replace the first two plywood sheets for free, for any damage he found on the roof deck, which was nice, because I knew I had at least one area in question, and the two sheet offer would cover it. He texted photos of the minor damage/rot he discovered during the tear-off. He took extra steps to protect vulnerable windows, doors and shrubs, as well as doing an exceptional job cleaning up debris afterwards! I was very picky about clean-up, and had a hard time even covering the bottom of a 5 gal bucket with anything I could find. The roof looks fantastic, and the courses and ridge cap are run nice and straight. I would hire Genesis Roofing again, and will be sending them future roofing projects I encounter in the future. My experience with Genesis Roofing has been outstanding! I would give them an unconditional recommendation. I found them to be professional, prompt, very tidy with the cleanup and most importantly honest in all their dealings. I've been very appreciative of their work and their performance and their final product.

Bryan and his crew installed new gutters at my place. They did a great job, even came out after the first rain to add a section and make a few adjustments. Communication was always timely and clear. I would highly recommend talking with Genesis on your next project.

Genesis Roofing did a quality job replacing our roof. I had several questions regarding products and Bryan was very helpful and honest in his approach. He didn’t try and sell me something I didn’t need/want. We opted for a 50yr vintage shingle and couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Brian is not only professional but very responsive. The entire process was organic start to finish. He helped me understand options, colors, etc. The crew showed up when they said they would and we’re done in just a few hours. My wife came home and was floored by how clean the work area was. If you didn’t change your roof color, you wouldn’t even know they were there...just awesome! Highly recommended!
