Siemers Plumbing and Heating came out after my home warranty sent them. They did a great job. They had to order a part so they left us some space heaters since we had no heat to the home. Thanks for your services Siemers

They got here when I needed them to. The reason for the 3 stars is that they told me it would be $60 per pound if Freon, which was fine, what they didn’t tell me is that they charge for the drive to Ute from Denison. So I payed more than expected because of that. I don’t have a lot of money so knowing that at time of payment would have been nice. Otherwise good costumer service and found my problem.

I called to schedule a service call, my furnace went out New Years eve, adapting to the weekend and Holiday I called to schedule to have my furnace looked at, and 8 days later still NO RETURN CALL, good thing I am a qualified repairman. That I diagnosed it, got the part and fixed it myself being it was sub-zero, and silly me thinking of supporting a local business, the only reason for giving a 1 star is because I can't give a zero ot a negative.
