Great service!

Very disappointed with the service technician that answered my phone call. No hello, no business introduction just yeah. None professional from the start. Tried to ask some questions on a hobart mixer. Very rude, very unresponsive for professional advice. Would never recommend calling again.

Hmm. Most recent review is from 2 years ago. And when calling the number all you get is an automated recording that eventually hangs up on you. Appears maybe theyve gone out of business.

I have been calling service for 3 days for a minor repair to get our commercial dishwasher running. No return calls. On the 3rd call I talked to a service technician who announced that they would charge weekend rates ($175 per hour) and travel time from 1.5 hours away.
