The technicians came out to check why our system was making a clicking noise every time it started up. They found that the contactor was arcing and needed replacement. The tech also noticed that the wiring at the disconnect box was slightly loose which could of caused problems down the line. Both issues was fixed during the same visit and the system has been starting up quietly ever since. The diagnostic fee were applied toward the cost of the repair which we thought was fair. The tech was polite and took the time to show us what was wrong before making any repairs. He also gave us his card and said to call directly if we had any further issues. The visit lasted about an hour and the pricing was straightforward. We was pleased with the service and the quick turnaround on getting the appointment scheduled.

We only had to pay for the labor portion of the repair which was clearly communicated before any work began. The defective part was a circuit board in the outdoor unit and the technician had it replaced within an hour. He tested the system thoroughy afterward and confirmed normal operation. Cooling and Heating kept us informed throughout the process and made the warranty claim process much easier than we expected. The system has been running without any issues since the repair. We appreciated the transparancy and the efficient handling of the situation. They made a stressful situation feel manageable.

Reached out to Cooling and Heating about adding zoning to our two-story home because the upstairs was always significantly warmer than the main level. Their technician assessed our existing ductwork and system capacity and designed a two-zone solution with motorized dampers and a separate thermostat for each floor. The installation took about two days and involved some work in the attic to install the dampers and run the control wiring. Since the zoning system was installed, the temperature difference between floors has been minimal. We can now set different temperatures for each level based on our preferences. Cooling and Heating was professional throughout and their pricing was transparent. The system has been working reliably for several months now and has made a meaningful difference in our home comfort. We are glad we invested in this upgrade rather than just living with the uneven temperatures.

If you want typical, big corporate, monopoly , bullies , these guys are your guys. If you dare question them get ready to get yelled at like a small child, promises will be broken.. I promise. Of course they can get away with it because there profession is practically a monopoly, and they believe that everyone HAS to have them! If you can find another option I would highly recommend it!!
