Jamie and Jeremy are great techs. I would recommend them to anyone.

The technicians at Harvest have always done a great job. They have responded more than once after hours to keep my furnace running late at night in the winter. Very professional.

Great Company!!! Had an emergency, and they made adjustments just to come to our house and fix the issue. The employee who helped me was such a great help and explained everything to me. I will definitely work with them again. Hopefully for a future remodel project!!!

OUTSTANDING people. I've dealt with many HVAC companies, and Harvest is top notch. Kudos Jamie, arriving when promised outside of regular business hours to fix our A/C. It's gonna be in the 90'S today. THANK YOU!

Adam and Steve at harvest are the best. I had been getting the runaround from another company and within 24 hrs Adam had me diagnosed and my ac working. I am a harvest customer for life. Thanks guys you are appreciated!!!

Thank you so much to Harvest for their prompt response when our air conditioner wasn't working. You prevented two older people and 3 older dogs from roasting. Choosing you to install our geo-thermal system years ago was one of the better decisions we have made.

Harvest installed our geothermal unit many years ago. We have a bad well, so had problems over the years w it clogging up. They have always been responsive and respectful to our needs. We have been w Harvest for many years and will continue to do business w them.

Had problems with my heater and the owner gave me a few options to keep us warm. He was very transparent and honest with me. I could tell he has the integrity that many are looking for in a business owner. Technicians were very professional and courteous. Had the job finished the next day and even came back to Nevada for a minor issue. Very fair and competitive pricing. Highly recommend this company over the soulless big box HVAC services around Ames. Truly puts the customer first!
Update: had a yearly furnace check up and the technician was really nice and professional. On time and explained everything to me in a timely manner. Really glad I use them as my go to hvac establishment. -
The technician was cordial and task oriented. His c02 machine had low batteries, which I was able to loan him. He was prompt in returning my batteries. However, he was 20 minutes late for the scheduled appointment. I tried to call to reschedule due to a cold, but was told the homeowner was the only one who could cancel an appointment and she disregarded my desires to reschedule also. The receptionist said the only required task that day was a CO2 reading, taking "only a few minutes." This was inaccurate. It was an hour until his vehicle left my driveway, blocking the landlord from leaving, and causing me to miss an important appointment. The receptionist was also somewhat rude when I called to inform her that the technician had left behind his duct tape, in her suggestion s as well to where I could leave it for him to recover. He never came back for it.

I am pretty unhappy with the service from Harvest. Last year they came out, took a quick look at our AC unit and said our AC unit needed freon. As a professional, I trusted what they told us and we paid $500 of them “fix” our AC.
Soon after the fix, the weather cool down, and we really did not use the air conditioning much.
It has been less than a year since the fix but the first time we turned on the AC, it didn’t cool things down, so we called them to let them know. We were then told “technician should have tested to see if there was leak prior to adding more Freon”- which was not done, so the Freon that was added, has leaked out and the unit doesn’t work. The money we paid them was a complete waste. We asked if they could send someone to diagnose and test, as they should have done the first time, and they said they would for another $135.
They were quick to come out last year to “fix” it, when other companies were unable to get us the help we needed in a quick turnaround time, but it’s unfortunate their staff wasn’t properly trained to do the job we paid them to do- resulting in us back at square one and out $500.
