I represent the many Americans of this nation known as the baby boomers. Old and a nuisance to most we have have fallen prey to most businesses that have but one motive in mind: screw the old farts. Tonight one of the coldest I might add I am reminded that generosity is still available from a few. So my sincere and heartfelt thanks goes out to the owner of United for rendering assistance to a bunch of old men free of charge I might add.

"Max was very thorough unclogging a long drain from our kitchen sink down to a basement wall. He did not stop until he was sure all the sludge that was blocking the system was gone. He did a great job, including cleaning up afterwards.".

He was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained what had to be done and offered advice on another bathroom problem. He represented the company well!

Our drain clog was far from the house. Jacob exhausted his 75' snake with no resolution. He went to his truck, got an extension, and continued. He figures we hit the clog at around 90'. Thanks for not giving up

United Heating & Air Conditioning did a stellar job for me. I had a gas leak in my kitchen that neither my husband nor MidAmerican could find. United was recommended to me by a co-worker and they not only found the leak, they had it repaired in under an hour. They also showed genuine concern that my house could have literally exploded because of the leak. I feel very fortunate that they were able to do the job in such a professional and efficient manner.

Called to see if I could make an appt to have a technician come out as I was having a city inspector come and look at property. The gal in the office told me she would call her technician and call me back. When she did she said he would be there when he finished up and he would be there before the city inspector arrived. He was there within 45 min and fixed my issue before the city inspector arrived. Pricing was very reasonable. They saved my day!

"Kris is a fantastic plumber. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. I have had a continuing issue and he has continued to work through it. Everything United has done has helped, but they have been hindered by home serve who due to a technicality will not allow them to do what would ultimately fix the problem. I am impressed with United, not as much with HomeServe. I would recommend United and Kris to do your plumbing jobs.Now I need to work with HomeServe to see if we can get this job completed.".

I was directed to United through my home warranty company. When Dustin came out to service my AC unit, he needed to contact my warranty company to find out what was covered since my unit was not installed correctly by another company. My warranty company basically told Dustin that they couldn't do anything for me and to basically collect the service trip fee and leave. Dustin stuck around and was able to get my AC unit working in less than 20 minutes. THIS is what customer service looks like. I am more than appreciative of Dustin and the United team. Thank you!

Parker is excellent. He fixed our leak and had our interest at heart. If we have other plumbing issues, we will ask for United Plumbing, and Parker.
