We had Big Roofing come out………specifically Brandon and look at our roof after a hail storm. Brandon came exactly when he said he would, took many pictures and explained a lot to us. We were not able to use this company because our insurance only allowed two other companies. I would use them if I were paying myself! Very professional and responsive. Our neighbors used them and were very pleased.

JD arrived at our residence and worked with my wife and I to figure out what kind of new entry door to install. Very knowledgeable about the product he sells. Looking forward to getting our order placed.

Had great response time from Big Roofing in helping fix my roof after a storm. The tech they sent out, Brandon, was very knowledgeable and able to help answer questions regarding insurance, materials, and project timelines. Highly recommend them as a first call for repairs to your home.

Outstanding service! I called BIG Roofing at 7:00 PM on Friday of Memorial Day weekend and left a message. Tyler called back by 7:30 PM that evening and asked if he could come out the next day (Saturday) at 8:30 AM. I said it wasn’t really an emergency, just some suspected storm damage, but he said no problem, I am working tomorrow. He was here at 8:15 ready to get on the roof. He did a great job, thank you Tyler!

Brandon was awesome. His team did a wonderful job. They were fast. I got matching windows too. My insurance adjustor was awful but Brandon kept talking, sharing details of all the work that was done to get them to finally pay for the repairs. Kudos for Brandon keeping his cool with the insurance adjustor.
His team replaced my siding/windows/and gutters that had storm damage from March 2022.

JD was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He provided all the information I needed to help me make an informed decision. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to replace windows or doors.

From start to finish Big Roofing was responsive, helpful and professional. They assisted with insurance process and financing process and were able to get my roof done quickly as we had a leak. They also patched the leak until they could get there. Would recommend them 100%.

We had them come out and inspect my roof, which is 20 years old. They recommend just sealing and replacing some top roof shingles and some boots around the pipes and caulked it. Very reliable and now my roof is ready for winter and another 5 to 7 years before having to re-shingle. Great job. Thank you..

I've used BIG Roofing on two of my properties now and they have delivered a great experience on each of the projects. They are very transparent with costs and do what they say they are going to do. Their workers are extremely hardworking and very respectful of the property while on site. I also had one insurance claim in which they communicated directly with the insurance company to get them all of the paper work making it a seamless process on my end. I look forward to working with BIG Roofing again in the future.

With the recent storms we had lost enough shingles to the point where we were getting water staining on our hallway ceiling: JD was quick to come out, tarp the problem area to prevent further damage, and provided a fair and transparent quote on what needed to happen to get everything fixed up. Highly recommend for their quick response and quality workmanship.

We needed help replacing the gutters on our house so we could start a home improvement project in the backyard. I had reached out to another company but they were non-responsive. I contacted Steve, explained our situation, and asked if he had time to help.

He responded to my email immediately, set up an appointment for that week and gave us an estimate on the spot. I was so thrilled with his customer service and communication. I know summer is a busy time and we needed to do the gutters before we started on building the patio.
