Very pleased with the service done by Coffin Electric. Mark was quick and effective. Will use them in the future as my needs occur.

They were very responsive and had someone scheduled to come the next day. Christian was so respectful, and took care of everything quickly and cleanly. He explained everything that he was going to do for the solution and cleaned up the stuff left by the previous electrician. He was even able to accept my anxious dog. I will use them again.

Can’t say enough great things about Coffin Electric. Very responsive, professional and organized. Christian and Taylor were efficient and delivered incredible customer service. Trusted professionals and I would recommend them to others.

Very professional and knowledgeable! Christian was extremely polite. I also liked how he separated what we wanted to do into how much it would cost to do each thing. We will forever use Coffin Electric!

Ashley F. and Mark Poots-Jacobsen and Taylor were GREAT! I have an old house, and they knew exactly what to do and were careful and neat and professional and friendly. I thank you all for your excellent service!

Coffin Electric has done several projects for our church. They are professional and committed to doing the job right. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good electrician in central Iowa.

Very responsive, they texted us when they were on their way and the technician was incredibly professional and helped us with numerous issues outside of what we hired him for. Christian also explained everything and was very knowledgeable. I will be using this company for all electrical needs and I highly recommend them.

Christian was fantastic to work with! He was very knowledgeable, figured out our electrical issue right away and was able to quickly resolve it. He was very kind and respectful. We have used Coffin in the past and will continue to use them, as it has been a positive experience each time!

Christian was friendly and knowledgeable. He rewired our lights in the bathroom and they are working great! Also, tightened connections and installed a surge protector on our panel. We would highly recommend! We feel safe now.

I would highly recommend! Mark and Taylor did an excellent job. Above and beyond to come back and install a fixture that I had purchased at the store which was faulty.

Excellent communication when the tech was on their way. Completed the job quickly and accurately. Cleaned up after the work. Competitive price. The company has done major work on our homes in the past; this was a small job. Have always been satisfied.

Christian very efficiently and thoroughly investigated the work that I needed done. He also helped me by raising my curtain rods, straightening out the rug on my front porch (involved moving several pieces of furniture, moved a heavy outdoor plant from garage to front porch, and put linseed oil mixture on many white spots on my hardwood floor, caused by spilling isopropyl alcohol. Extremely nice and pleasant! I am choosing Coffin Electric for my jobs. Christian installed a complicated chandelier. It looks beautiful!

An unforeseen need for an electrician arose. Having never needed one since returning to Iowa years ago, I received a referral from my plumber (Herr) and will be forever thankful. Coffin sent Christian Laverty. An amazing, well trained and professional electrician plus a very nice man. All I can say his solutions for my needs were spot on, and so efficient. In addition to his task, he did a home safety check (every plug! Inside and out!). Impressive. Plus he sold me an important safety mechanism that may have been unexpected expense but I am grateful to have it in place now! Bravo Christian and Coffin! Thank you!

Christian and Nick were fantastic! Both patient and listened to all my concerns. They also did estimates for future things which helps me budget accordingly! Wonderful experience vwry knowledgeable and professional!! Five stars all around:).

Christian was prompt, very courteous and did a really good job. He left us with our concerns repaired and showed us some things to consider in the future. We'll definitely recommend them to other people!

Mark Poots-Jacobsen with Coffin Electric did an excellent job for us. We had multiple jobs for him at our condo, and each was completed perfectly. I have no reservation about recommending Coffin Electric (and especially Mark) for all your electrical needs.

Mark was great ! Fixed a fan and checked other areas in the house that may have been a concern . From scheduling to completing the project , we are happy with our experience with the company.

Mark was very polite and informative. He clearly explained what he was doing. Mark shared input about the safety of my extension cords. I appreciated his input. I would definitely refer him. Thank you.
