Ben came right over during a holiday weekend to fix a leak leading to my basement, while another plumber had cancelled on me twice. Since then I have used him to remove and replace a toilet and dishwasher. Very kind, professional and reasonably priced!

Ben did a fantastic job for us in quickly tracking down the leak that was coming from our bathtub and leaking into the kitchen. We were concerned that it would be a major problem. I called Ben in the afternoon, and he was there that evening. He was prepared for a huge problem but was able to quickly diagnose it as an easy, common problem. He gave me a bid, told me he could fix it within the hour, and he did it! Professional, knowledgable, and friendly.

Needed burst pipes repaired quickly and Ben delivered. He was willing and able to fit us in the next morning, diagnosing and repairing all four leaks by days end. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend Streamline to anyone!

We called Ben late afternoon and he gave us a price to put in a new water heater right over the phone without having to come out on a separate day and charge us a fee for giving us an estimate. He got here the next morning and put the water heater in, took the old one out, took it away. He also explained to us about our water pressure and he tested it for us and it was pretty high so we talked about it and he put on a gauge for us to deal with that. He told us the price for the gauge upfront before he did anything. Ben is a very nice, professional, honest man and we will definitely use him for any plumbing needs We might have in the future. We highly recommend using Ben for any of your plumbing needs.

Following some recommendations on my neighborhood app, I had Ben come out and quote several small plumbing projects. We went over everything I needed and he made some suggestions and additions based on what he saw. I approved and he came back with a very reasonable quote, so I had him do the work. He told me exactly how everything would be done and what to expect. Everything was straightforward, but some of the under-sink changes were hard to deal with because of the way the home was built, but he stuck with it and got everything done to my satisfaction. He even came out a couple of additional times, once to fix a minor leak in a trap and another to address a small concern. Ben's dedication to finishing the work to the customer's satisfaction is beyond exemplary and I wish more had his level of professionalism. I will have Ben out for any other work I need done in the future.

Ben relocated a shower drain and installed a 2 piece shower for me. He showed up on time and was finished before lunch. He was amazing to work with. If I need any other plumbing done, I found my guy!!!

I used Streamline Plumbing after I was told by a big home improvement store that I needed to swap a shut off valve and they were unable to do so because their plumber “didn’t feel comfortable doing it.” Ben (the owner) was very prompt in communicating with me and was clear on the phone about what he would do and was upfront with the cost (which was in line with expectations). Although I reached out with no forewarning, Ben was able to come by the same day (within hours actually) and he was on time, and didn’t even have to give an arrival window.

When he was working I had asked if I can watch him work because I am interested in that sort of thing. Ben was very knowledgeable and was great at explaining even basic things to me, and provided tips that I can do myself next time I have a simple fix.

I definitely plan on working with Ben for any future projects; if I knew of Streamline Plumbing before I ordered the installation with the big box store, I would have done it with them.

I've hired Streamline Plumbing for 3 different projects. Ben installed a water softener, reverse osmosis system and an outside meter.

He is a super nice guy and takes the time to answer all of my questions, explains everything really well and showed me how to work each of the items. He was on time, kept me informed and up to date on the progress of my projects. He was also considerate of my requests regarding my home and left a clean workspace when he was finished.

The service we received was excellent. Ben was incredibly fast with communication, very personable and friendly, and he was able to get to work quickly. He installed a shower, toilet, and vanity in less than a day’s worth of time. Will absolutely contact Streamline again for any future work.
