First, I have seen the work he has done with new install HVAC units. Not my home but close friends. We only met in passing. I just needed someone to answer my question about wiring a thermostat unit in our house, more wires than I was comfortable with. I was ready to pay for his advice. It was late in the afternoon and I didn't have a working furnace. Sent a picture of the connection he told me where I had made a mistake. I Fixed my screw up, he went back to work, NO CHARGE. I felt a little dumb. I had blown a fuse. But I'm very happy to find a trades person who can give a moment of time. Random act of kindness, maybe just helping out. Someone in need. 👍 THANKS

My heater went out in the middle of the coldest winter we had for years and I left a message on their answering machine. They never even called me back.

Called asking if someone could look at something for us. They immediately said they don't have time. I asked in response "ever? You don't have time any day?" Then they just hung up. Never ever recommending this place to anyone after that. This was the 1st time calling this place for us and will be the last. A joke.
