Great friendly service. Heat completely out on a Sunday, coldest day of the year, and came right away to fix the problem. Definitely would recommend.

Stayed late so water could be restored to my house! They truly care about their customers. Highly recommend them!

Prompt service. They responded to my service request, fixed the problem at my house, sent invoice, and notified me they received my payment, all during the same day.

Great experience with J & T. My furnace quit working last Friday night. A guy came Saturday morning and fixed it. A few days later 2 guys came and replaced a portion of my sewer pipe.

Thank you so much AGAIN! My A/C at the office and at home always go on the blink when its 500 degrees outside. I emailed Jeremy at 7:45 this morning, he answered back in 5 minutes, Kim stopped in, replaced the thermometer and it's 9:15 a.m. right now. THAT IS FAST SERVICE. It's the second time this summer! We are so fortunate to have you back in Hubbard!! Again, THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Thank God for Jimmy!!! We contacted J&T tonight after 9:00p and he came out within the hour and fixed our plumbing issue at a great price. No other plumber will touch my pipes!! Thanks so much Jimmy, we really appreciate you.

Our A/C went out late evening, so I called first thing in the morning and they had a technician here within a couple hours. He was very kind and knowledgeable, explained what needed done and got it done in a timely manner. We will be using J&T for future needs.

Don’t work with these people because they won’t fix your plumbing in a trailer if it’s not worth there money and you guys don’t even deserve one star

Boiler went out during the night of Jan 14 2022 . Got in touch with after hours technician explaining no heat at 4am. Technician said he would be there between 8 and 9 am. After waiting with no heat in house for hours with sub zero temperature outside I called technician back at 1130am who then informed me he was having issues and suggested finding another plumber. So mid-afternoon on a Saturday we had to find another plumber to fix our Boiler. Pathetic way to treat a long time customer. Even though they are conveniently located just a few blocks from our house we will never use this company again. Unreliable. Would have been different if he would have just had the guts to call us back to let us know he wasn't coming but he left us hanging.
