They came out relatively quickly compared to the other places I had called, plus Brad was very helpful in guiding me on what to do. They got the clog out and were very friendly. Definitely recommend!!

Austin came out to look at my sewer. He was very knowledgeable and helped figure out what was wrong. Austin made this experience pleasant in a not so pleasant situation.

Pat #33 did an excellent job on my sewer line. It was difficult but he was successful. I "Thank" him once again for his persistence in solving the problem.

Bob came out to my parents home and did an amazing job at cleaning their kitchen and main line and finding the root of the problem quickly and efficiently. They had a smell that wouldn't go away and after today's visit, the smell is gone and they couldn't be happier. Give Bob a raise, he deserves it.

Jim Ferguson: Smith Sewer importantly gave us an appointment the same day we called for service. Tommy was their representative who came to our home. Tommy was very careful of our house not to soil the carpet or damage anything. He focused on his work with no downtime--100% on-task. He had both the knowledge and skill to unplug our sewer. I appreciate his informing us about the process and making suggestions. We were very pleased with Tommy. He restored use of our sewer within a fairly short period and left our home clean. We would definitely use Smith's Sewer Service again and request Tommy to come to return.

This is the 2nd time I've hired Smith's Sewer for rooter services. First time was my utility sink couple years back (still working perfectly) and today was the kitchen sink. On both occasions, I have been grateful I chose this company. I had the pleasure of working with Doug today on unclogging my kitchen drain. He was great! Communicated beforehand letting me know he was on his way, arrived on time, fixed issue in under an hour. No hidden costs, straightforward bill and very satisfied with the pricing. There's something to be said for good honest work in exchange for a fair price. Thank you Doug for your kindness, providing a seamless experience for me, and getting my drain working properly again!! Would 100% recommend Smith's Sewer.

Shout out to Cody at Smiths sewer service! He showed up early, kept things clean, quick and simple. Cody, the drain detective, found a gnarly ball of roots and removed it with ease. Friendly, professional, and saved the day at a price point i can't even be mad about.

First time dealing with a sewer company. I'm glad I called Smith's. Very informative on first call of costs/charges. They arrived on time the next day. Cody fixed the problem. He was happy to answer all of my questions. He was knowledgeable and made 100% sure he fixed the issue before he left. Working with Smith's and Cody was a positive experience.

Had a sewer backup issue yesterday. I called Smiths sewer this morning. They came to my house within about an hour. They had to snake the line and all is good now. They completed the job within an hour to hour and a half. I would definitely recommend Smiths sewer for and plumbing issues!!

Cody came to my home today to clear a backed up line. He was very professional, have me recommendations and was extremely timely. Really helped me in a time of panic! We will be using Smith Sewer and hopefully Cody for future needs!!

I had a hot mess of a backed-up drain in the basement, tried all the DIY things I could before calling. Jacob was on time efficient and went above and beyond to help this typically independent/stubborn momma out! Hoping I never need them again but if I do they will be my only call! 12/10 recommend!

I called Smith Sewer to come and unclog a pipe before switching a tub to a walk-in shower. Cody was the technician. It was a tough job and a very old pipe. When he couldn't get it the first time, he called someone to ask for advice and suggest options. After the call, he went back to work and got the job done. Cody was knowledgeable, helpful, and persistent. He also gave good advice for future issues. Price was reasonable and fair. Thanks, Cody!

We were having a problem with our brand new toilet flushing properly. We had a plumber come out to fix it and were told it was a sewer issue. We proceeded to call Smith Sewer Service. They sent out a technician the very next day. Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He identified the problem in no time which was not a sewer issue. We were so happy to have a working toilet. Thank you Jacob!

We had our kitchen sink clog, so we called and someone was there within a hour. We have gotten lucky with the timeliness. Kurt was very nice & professional and so knowledgeable - got the job done and we were very happy with the price.

Smiths sewer has been to my home many times (the problem is our sewer, not their service). They are always very prompt and professional. We called on a Saturday morning and they were here 2 later to take care of the problem.

We recently had a major sewer issue and the team at Smith’s really went above and beyond to help us. Two techs, Brad and TJ, came out and worked incredibly hard to get everything repaired. They were professional, thorough, and determined to make sure the job was done right. We’re very grateful for their effort and the peace of mind they provided.
