The installation of my geotherm system in my home proved to be a pleasant experience. Mark was very thorough with educated explanations to my questions. I had several quotes and conversations with other geotherm "experts". Not only were they not able to answer my questions, but I could tell was guess work at best. Mark Leuthold took a lot of time to educate me on my system and I have nothing but excellent things to say about my geotherm system and Leuthold Plumbing and heating.

Leuthold’s put a geothermal system in my building in 2006. It has saved me financially in both heating/cooling. Over the years it has had a couple of minor issues that they resolved quickly. Great company - highly recommended by this businessman!

Installed the water softener system in my inlaws house, it’s fairly new and having issues gumming up and they wont come out to service it. We called multiple times and they act like its not their responsibility to service what they sold and installed. Very frustrating in small town living wish they had a better customer service system in place.

I had them finish installing a a pre charged mini split that I could not do because of my health . the man they sent out was very nice and did a great job , and amount of labor charge was about what I expected ! my problem was in billing. I was charged 160 dollars for a so called refrigeration hookup.this unit had freon enough in it.raised my bill to 497.05 that would be like a car mechanic charging for tool rental! Rick Long Edna iowa
