Installed septic, water service, furnace and A/C for our new home 25 years ago, and continue to provide maintenance and repair services when needed. Recently installed septic and water line for our son & daughter in law's new rural home. They've always provided prompt and good service for us.

They are easy to work with. Also easy to get them to come when we need them. They all seem knowledgeable on how to do the plumbing that needs to be done. Everyone's very nice.

Was quick to take her money to install a geothermal, but doesn’t know enough about them to come service it or handle problems. Never shows up on time never returns. Phone calls absolutely terrible all the way around. My recommendation is call someone else.

In the past they had done a good job for any work I had needed. However, with a recent water leak in our main supply pipe I sent texts and called Dean, although he said they would be out to repair the leak, it's been over 2 weeks and no one from the company has returned my call or came out to do repairs. This is not the same company that I hired to install a dishwasher, water heater, and water softener. I do not recommend them. Customer service is not good.

Do not recommend for furnace needs. Was called in December and they “fixed” our furnace. Continued to have the same issue and they were called back in January. They came and said there was nothing wrong with it, it was running just fine, even though it was still blowing cold air and it was still 51 degrees in our house. Called them to come back an hour later because it hadn’t heated up at all. He came and was here for over an hour. He stated that he was buffaloed by what was going on. Then left saying that everything seemed to be working fine, but there was just something not the way he would like it. Our furnace continued not to work. When going to look at it we found that he had unhooked the limit switch causing a safety risk to us and our home. After calling another company they were able to tell us what was wrong with our furnace within minutes of being here.
