I couldn’t be happier, they said the install would take four hours and it did, the unit works great, the price was reasonable, I couldn’t be happier.

Such a great experience. Went above and beyond to help us when our air conditioning went out in the middle of the summer! Very quick, responsive and willing to go the extra mile for us!

I had some concerns that my system was broke because it couldn’t keep the temp in the afternoons. The team came out, examined it, and did a very thorough maintenance and now my system hasn’t deviated a single degree since! They were fair, honest, and gave great feedback. Thank you Triple A!!

Jacob found the problem with my AC, clearly explained the issue, had the part he needed with him, and fixed it within 45 minutes! He was knowledgeable and wonderful to work with.

Called Triple A and received service the same day, showed up on time. The two men were extremely nice and professional. Checked everything and knew exactly what was wrong. another "well known" company in Des Moines told me I needed 2K in repairs or 5K replacement. Dale came out and said system looks great and needs 1 lb of coolant-saved me thousands of dollars. Honesty is their policy.

I have used Triple A Home Services for several years. Dale and his team have always exceeded my expectations in their service. Very customer oriented and they do excellent work!

The installation process was easy and quicker than I thought it would be. What a great crew! Brad was super nice and made sure everything was set and ready to go! Would highly recommend!

Our hot water heater broke down after it was damaged in the storm. Triple a came as a recommendation from a friend. Dale came out and assessed the situation and let us know that not only was our water heater damaged but the previous one was installed incorrectly and was leaking carbon monoxide into our house. He gave us an estimate (which was cheaper than the competitors’) and ordered it for us. Despite all of the people affected by the flooding, it didn’t take him long to come in and replace it. He gave us a top of the line water heater and now I know everyone in my house will be safe. There’s nobody better than the guys at Triple A!

Amazing service and support. Quick and generous response, understanding of my situation. Let me explain:

Discovered fan wasn't blowing at 430pm. Because their work day was full and almost over, he offered to coach me through taking out the capacitor and sold me the part so I could install it myself. No charge for the phone call and coaching.

Unfortunately it didn't fix the issue, so they came out first thing in the morning to see what was actually wrong - motor was dead. Came out promptly, later in the morning to repair.

Owner is friendly and trustworthy, exhibiting ethical business practices. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. The first cold snap of the year our furnace would not turn on. I had an immediate friendly response and a same day repair. The owner ending up fixing it himself and arranged for an after hour part pickup from a supplier. He drove and picked it up himself. Great service and a reasonable price!

Highly impressed with Triple A Home Services! I woke up yesterday to a house that was at 57 degrees and called a bigger named company first to receive a window of 24-48 hours before someone could get here.

Then, I turned local (should have done that first) and was told someone would be here at noon. At 12:15 there was a knock on the door. The communication, service and friendliness was the best I’ve seen in a long time. Especially when these guys are running around in these conditions, you wouldn’t have known it.

10/10 would recommend for your HVAC needs and maintenance!

When my HVACC went out and met Dale for the first time, I knew right away that he was the guy for the job. Professional, courteous and passionate about his work. He’s meticulous and methodological, takes the time to explain technical concepts when installing new equipment in your home. I had the Fujitsu model installed, works great and I’m not complaining about my electric bill either. Dale and his staff truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Lastly, I have a dog who is weary of strangers and he took the time to bond with my dog because I was unable to be home during the time of installation. Honestly, he’s a great, accommodating guy who knows his stuff.

Was referred to me by a friend and co-worker. Had them install a mini split HVAC system in my golf sim shed. Were the lowest est I had by a thousand dollars, same equipment, and once I gave them the ok, they had it installed by the weekend for me. 10/10 would recommend without hesitation.
