Fast, Friendly and did a great job! Cleaned up after so well could hardly tell he was here if not for the job being done.

We have used Nicholson Excavating for 2 projects and Tim does a great job of making sure he is doing exactly what we want. The projects were trenching for a water line, laying crushed concrete on driveway, and creating a 70 x 14 area for our sheds to be moved on and laying crushed concrete on that also. We will definitely be using Nicholson Excavating for future projects.

I had Tim level out the slope in my yard for a 15x26 semi inground pool probably 5 or so years ago and haul all the dirt away. He was super down to earth and a nice guy. Reasonably priced and listened to what I wanted and did a fine job. And next time I need dirtwork done there’s no doubt I’m I’ll be using him again. Thanks again Tim!

Got some work done. I wasn't able to be home when they did the work. We did talk multiple times and I had the area roped off so it was marked well enough. They took advantage of me not being around and didn't move the dirt where it was supposed to go. They didn't dig out far enough for me to put in my retaining wall so I had to dig out the last few feet by hand. Good notes: They were very nice on the phone and messenger. They were easy to get ahold of and responded promptly.

We had Tim dig a trench to replace some of our buried gutter underdrains. Part of the trench went through our landscaping and then carried down our yard to drain at the bottom (approximately 120 feet). Instead of separating the landcaping rock and the topsoil when backfilling and leveling off the trench, Tim mixed them all together. The trench trough our back yard was filled with rock. We had to spend many hours picking through the dirt to remove the rock. In addition our lanscaping bed was mixed with rock and a lot of topsoil. We had to hire a landscaper to dig out our landscaping area, replant our day lillies, clean and replace the remaining landscaping rock, and add a new rock that was lost. In addition, Tim took two gouges out of our siding, completly dented our gutter, and sprayed our siding with some sort of red fluid from his backhoe. We had to repaint the siding to cover the red fluid spots and cover up the gouged siding. I asked Tim to come out to look at the damage to our siding and gutter but he refused. In addition, he refused to pay for any of the painting or re-landscaping due to his negligence. We would not recommend Tim to anyone.
