Advanced Plumbing did an outstanding job adding a gas line for my new gas oven. They were prompt, courteous, friendly and helpful. They left the work areas clean and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this company. They are friendly, helpful and happy to educate their customers about any plumbing related issues they may have. My primary contact has been Ben Page. He has worked with me on several issues, promptly, efficiently and for a reasonable cost on all occasions. Their membership program is great and their employees are local to the Pleasant Hill area which is always a plus. After some less than stellar experiences with other companies, I have found my forever plumbers!

I've used Advanced Plumbing twice and found the quality of their services (skills/competence/attention to detail), responsiveness, and initiative exceptional each time. The first time, I had a water purifier that required creative problem-solving and extra initiative to find the right parts. It has worked great since the installation. My second experience was the installation of two toilets. Again, they went above and beyond. I needed help with the delivery of the toilets. The freight company couldn't deliver them due to construction on my street, and they offered to pick them up from the terminal. Again, they went above and beyond to ensure that the work was completed correctly and to my satisfaction. Plus, in each instance, their pricing was fair and competitive. I highly recommend Nick and his team (e.g., Ben and Justin).

Justin was very kind and didn't make me feel stupid. He fixed the problem and then we talked about new fixtures and he showed me some options. Have been using Advanced Plumbing since I bought my condo and will continue to!

I will from this point on use Advanced Plumbing for any plumbing needs I have! Robin and Nick were amazing to work with and Justin who came to do the work was friendly, professional and got the job done in a very timely manner! Thank you Advanced Plumbing!

Advanced Plumbing was great to work with. They sent Justin to fix our problem, he did a great job, and we got an appointment very quickly. I highly recommend them.

Had 3 different companies come out and Advanced Plumbing is the only one that fixed the issue it was a warranty issue that the warranty company didn't want to take care of but they helped explain what the issue was and got me taken care of. Their slogan is we fix what your husband broke but they could also say we fix what the other guys can't.

I’ve never had such an amazing experience with any kind of service company. I called Advanced Plumbing after another company failed to fulfill their service commitment. I was given the reference for Advanced Plumbing and was skeptical to call after such a bad experience with a previous company. Tyler and Zach came to my rescue today. From start to finish, the receptionist made me feel like I was in good hands. The owner even gave me two separate phone calls to add reassurance that my issues were fixed. Zach and Tyler both answered all my questions and spent time explaining any issues that were occurring with my water heater. I cannot say enough; these people are amazing and provide the best quality service out of all the plumbing companies in Des Moines! They will forever have my business now! All I can say is that this company rocks. After another company attempted to rip me off for the same job, Advanced Plumbing came out and was extremely professional and transparent with everything they were doing. Even though our house is in a constant state of remodeling and messy, the guys even took the time to roll out plastic on our downstairs stairs to limit mess. I'm extremely happy I found these guys and would recommend them to anyone. I'll be using them for any future work.

Benjamin Page.. the man, the myth, the legend. The only thing that is remotely close to his degree of legend status is the quickness that Advanced Plumbing had him on my door step, ready to help, with a smile on his face. I wouldn’t have even been able to take a quick shower (I wouldn’t have been able to anyways, due to that being the problem), before Ben came knocking on my door. He fixed my issue so fast it made my head spin! While on the phone with Robin, she truly made me feel like I’ve known her for years and took care of all the quick scheduling. Heck, I even got a call from Nick Mcginn (the owner) after it was all said and done. They truly made me feel almost like family! When I’m in need, I’ll be calling Advanced Plumbing. They have gained a customer for life!

The second time Ben has came to my aid was just as efficient and positive as the first. Positive , can-do attitude put my problem to rest. Thank You

Repair was done according to the estimate and Ben was very helpful and efficient. I would use Advanced Plumbing again.

I contacted Advanced Plumbing on Monday afternoon, and they were able to assign Ben to come out first thing on Tuesday! He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what needed to be done and why, gave me the cost up front, and completed the project in less than an hour, cleaning up the work area before he left. Justin and Joel were amazing! They kept me updated every step of the way, and asked if I was comfortable with the amounts before they started working. They spent time troubleshooting different issues and found the solution that solved my hot water problem and didn't cost me a fortune. Justin even walked me through how to flush my hot water heater. I'm super grateful to have had these two professionals here and will definitely be requesting them again in the future.

I've called Advanced Plumbing twice this year. Both times they were out within a day and got the problem fixed quickly for a fair price. This last time the gentlemen noticed a loose latch on my storm door when he was leaving so he stopped to tighten the screws. That is service. Those are the things you remember.

Super prompt. Extremely fast service. Made an appt and they called and said they had a spot open up that day and they could get me in. Ben was there in a timely manner, got my problem resolved quickly, and the service was inexpensive! Really pleased with their service. Highly recommend!
