Absolutely love Jones Mechanical! We are thankful for the preventative maintenance appointments have been so helpful. They cover all the plumbing, heating and air conditioning issues that you can have in your home. The technicians are always knowledgeable, experienced, and honestly just kind. Our technician took the time to give us an honest and informative answer. Also whenever we see them in the area they are always checking to see if everything is still going well. We always recommend Jones Mechanical to our family, friends, and any business that might benefit from their business scope! I can't say this enough, Jones Mechanical is the best at what they do! Cade was awesome!

That worked diligently for a week installing my replacement steam boiler and did a wonderful job. They are very professional, prompt, kind and considerate. They updated me on their progress daily and all the technicians introduced themselves prior to providing the work. When they had questions, they contacted Andy Jones for advice and instruction and he was always available to them. Just a great company and very well managed.

Cory is a very polite and considerate young man - even put shoe covers on before entering the house. Explained everything he was doing, and showed me where there were issues and how he fixed it. Very pleased with the service!

Kevin Mckinley did an outstanding job. He had great problem solving skills and was able to Solve our plumbing issues That have been plaguing us For too long. Highly recommend. He Quickly put you at ease. He politely and efficiently explained what he needed to do to fix the problem. Plus they guaranteed their work and backed it up.

We are very pleased and appreciative with Jones Mechanical! Our furnace was having problems igniting and they were quick to get someone here to fix our problem. Cory is great and super knowledgeable as he explained everything he was doing. Great service! Can’t recommend them enough!

The tech Cory McAlpin was very helpful and got my AC back in working order quickly. He also explained how two monthly subscriptions worked for future heating and cooling or even plumbing issues worked all while saving me a little bit of money. I myself would suggest others to try out Jones Mechanical Inc. their service was great and price wasn’t bad and there wasn’t a long wait for an appointment. Thank you all so very much.

Ever since I and my husband got our furnace and air conditioner put in about 14 yrs ago. I have been very satisfied with your employees that come out to do my service. I give everyone a 10 on there job they do because they go out of there way to get things done and make sure everything is working before they leave. Originally the problem was not resolved and left a low rated review after my pipes clogged up again 2-3 days after the service call.

Andy reached out to me yesterday Feb 22 because of the review that I left. Chance was sent back out today Feb 23. Pipes were snaked again and a camera was put down. There was what appeared to an animal or some type of other clog still left in the pipe. This would have been caught if we did the camera on Feb 18. This problem is now fully resolved. The blockage has been cleared from the pipe.

Due to not putting a camera down the drain on Feb 18 we paid for the service today even though Andy had said no charge. This was clearly my fault. As my family are honest people we thought it was fair to be charged for the call today. Chance only charged us the difference from using the normal snake and the camera fee.

Thank you Chance and to Andy for reaching out to me so that this issue would be fully resolved. Because of this level of customer service I recommend contacting Jones Mechanical for your plumbing needs.

Tre was professional and explained what was going on with our heat pump had to order a part and returned to replace parts. All is working well and much quieter as well.

Very professional technicians with fast response time. Very satisfied with service.
