Needed some sheet metal for a project. The staff stopped what they were doing to get what we needed. Nice personal service that is hard to come by anymore. Will use there services for any future projects or needs.

Heat pump wasn't working one of the hottest days at 8pm. Called the after hours number, answered promptly, arrived as promised and within 2 hours of the call, we are COOL again !!! Professional Service! Thanks Dave!!!!

We recently had Wallins come out to the church to give us an assessment on our existing cooling system in the sanctuary. Dave and Jade were very helpful with their recommendations and even discovered two systems operating without filters. We're very proud to use Wallins for our HVAC work and look forward to working with them on our next project.

We needed 2 shower valves installed at our house in Essex. I called Monday, they were out at 8am Tuesday morning and were done by lunch with absolutely no mess. They even wore those cloth slip-ons over their shoes despite being an un-manly pink because, “We don’t want to ruin your new floor.” — much appreciated! These are real professionals.

During our recent remodeling project, Wallin’s was easy to work with and completed all work in a manner that worked with our schedule and timeframe, including the timeframe of our other contractors. Installing our new furnace and air conditioner on one of the coldest days of the winter went without a hitch. Measuring, ordering, and installing our new onyx vanity top and faucet went smoothly. And, removing our old water heater to work with the flooring contractor’s schedule was easy.

Great work on our new shower and kitchen sink! Even explaining all of the products and our options, customer service has been great, answering our questions. Due to local city sewer issues when we saw a small puddle downstairs their employee came right over to check things out and weas the one who notified the city of their issue right away otherwise there would have been lots of damage to houses in the neighborhood.

We had Wallin replace all the Black pipe water lines in our house because there was NO water pressure in my wife's shower. She absolutely hated mornings. She has now been late two mornings in a row enjoying the new shower. The professionals at Wallin did am amazing job and were great to work with.

Very well done. I'm very impressed with the courtesy and the time it took for them to arrive!! It was raining the day they came and both plumbers took off their shoes to keep my carpet clean!!! They installed a part found out the part was no good so they returned and reinstalled a new part for free. The plumber took time to answer any and every question I had and made sure I understood everything before leaving!!!!

We recently had our furnace quit working. One of their technicians took a look at it and let us know what the issue was. The very next day we received a call back with the amount it could cost to replace the furnace or replace the faulty part. We went ahead and had the furnace replaced - they were able to install it with in just a couple days. They did a great job - from the technician that troubleshot the problem, to receiving the bid and getting it replaced! They are trustworthy and great people to have come into our home! We have had them do various plumbing and heating work in our home and couldn't be more satisfied with their straight forward and honest information. Thank you!

Very quick and professional install of our new Furnace and AC. Before we purchased Dave sat down and explained all the ins outs of our purchase, everyone bent over backward to make sure everything was OK. Chris came in a week after the install checked everything out, and was very courteous and professional.

As always, fair, honest & 1st rate service from Wallin. They replaced our furnace & AC today, within 4 hours. For heating/AC & plumbing we only deal with them.

Since it took a few days to get an open appointment, they kindly brought down three space heaters, set one up in the basement & two in the house, which kept it comfortable in our house.

Our house is nice & warm now. Wallin rocks! Highly recommended!
