Can't say enough good things about these guys! Their service is second to none. Our carpet is on it's last legs and they made it look like new again! I love how their carpet cleaner doesn't just vacuum, but it actually brushes and cleans the carpet at the same time getting the dirt and stains out from down deep. Our carpet hasn't felt this soft in a very long time. We will be using Clean Machine for all of our future carpet cleaning needs without a doubt!

Russ shined up our hardwoods and tile. We also had an area rug, carpet and a sofa cleaned. Everything looks great! Years of three pets and two kids washed away! Well worth the investment.

Russ and Melodie were so fantastic to work with! We had a cat get trapped in our camper for a few days during the winter and Russ did an amazing job cleaning what we thought couldn't be fixed! He also cleaned several rooms in our house and the upholstery in my husbands truck. Everywhere he worked his magic looks better than we have ever seen it! Thank you SO much!

I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Clean Machine! My carpet was nasty from kids and dogs. Russ took the time to explain the mechanical and chemical processes he was going to use to address the situation. He is very thorough and really loves his job and taking care of his customers. These are the local, small business owners/operators that you want to hire for this job! I already know I’m calling Clean Machine when my carpets need a refresh job again!!!

Russ was here exactly when he said he would be, which is huge. We had lots of set stains from kids and pets and he did a phenomenal job getting them out. I wish we would have had him come sooner. The house feels refreshed. Very pleased with the work, and as a bonus, Russ is a super great guy!

The Clean Machine did an AMAZING job on my carpets, sectional & ottoman. The sectional & ottoman looked like they did the day they were delivered. There were naughty pet stains on the dining room carpet & I thought it was ruined. It looks almost brand new now. The finished product far exceeded my expectations. I HIGHLY recommend using The Clean Machine. I will definitely be having them back to do a cleaning again.

Great customer service and the cleaning results are AMAZING!!! We have 2 kids and a dog so our cream colored carpet takes a beating!!! Russ has done our carpets several times now and every time we are blown away by how new the carpet looks and feels!! Stains never reappear and the carpet is never stiff like we've experienced in the past with other carpet cleaning companies!! Russ and Melodie never disappoint!!!!

I never, ever, give a 5 star review because I believe there is always room for improvement. As they say, there is a first time for everything! I have been considering replacing my carpet but decided to try a professional cleaning before spending the money...I'm so glad I did! Admittedly, my expectations were very high after enthusiastic recommendations from my neighbors; Russ/Clean Machine met and exceeded every single one. My 11 year old carpet looks, feels & smells (2 kids, a dog and a cat!) brand new! From setting the appointment to preparation to final product, The Clean Machine is easily one of the best service companies I have ever worked with. He got stains out of my carpet that have been there for years, including red wine and paint! The only downside is I can't have it done weekly! Don't waste your time or money anywhere else!

I am completely impressed by this business. From the phone call to set up the service date to the end of the service, they were complete professionals. I've used a large cleaning service and didn't feel that my carpet was any cleaner after they serviced it. The Clean Machine made my carpet look new again.
