Quick response time. Had water pipe freeze n break. They repaired pipe with minimal cutting through drywall to get at the pipe. Didn't take long and it was fixed.
Now we deal with the water damage... Could have been worse had we not been home.

Called Herr Plumbing for an issue we were having in our old bathroom. We had a different plumber out that was going to tear into our dry wall to fix the issue. Herr was able to do it without tearing into anything AND was extremely efficient and affordable.

Dave was scheduled to install one new toilet. While talking to him (very personable man), I decided to replace my other 26 year old toilet. He said he would do it today and save me a trip charge if I could get the toilet quickly. I did and Dave installed it. The total cost was more than reasonable, compared to an estimate I received from another well-known plumbing company. I strongly recommend this company.

Austin and Eli were exceptional. They were on time, very professional and extremely tidy. They fixed my ice line to my refrigerator. Very grateful for Herr Plumbing. I will be call Herr again.

Amazing family oriented business. I had great service today from the technician. The customer service was outstanding from my first call to payment. Quick and reasonable charges. They even were able to fix a second toilet I found had an issue after scheduling the call. Please do not do what I did to keep them on schedule and tell them every item up front. I was lucky they were able to squeeze that in. Such great service. They even called dispatch to let them know and get approval so other customers would be aware of any delays. So wonderful!

One note is that they charge a 2% credit card fee. It is fine, but it should just be added into the charges. Most people I know do not ever pay in cash or check.

Herr Plumbing was able to fix our sump pump the same day we called when other companies were telling us we had to wait 5+ days. Austin was friendly, helpful, and fast! So thankful for Herr!

I called at noon because my water heater was leaking out of the bottom (it was old and needed replaced), at 320 the plumber (Austin) had my new water heater installed and was gone. It was a quicker job than most emergency situations I've dealt with plumbing. Everyone was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend enough!

We were so happy with our service today! Long story, but they were very accommodating and fair with pricing after some issues with an old toilet. We have used Herr for the last several years and always a great experience!

Our water heater pilot light was out and we could not get it lit. Our warrantee just expired. The lady who answered the phone at Herr was kind and professional, and they were able to get someone out today. The technician that came out was knowledgeable, very informative about his troubleshooting steps and estimated costs, and acquired and installed the necessary part today. I highly recommend Herr Plumbing!!
