We had them do our underground plumbing,very knowledgeable,price is good ,and they showed up when they said they would. And also finished when they said they would. As another contractor we can say this is something rare to find with plumbers. Very happy with service we received. Definitely will use them again and refer to others.

Justin and his team were excellent. They were respectful, showed up on time, and did not overcharge or try to up-sell me. They performed outstanding work and ensured the city permit was passed the same day. I will be using MPT again!

When I saw the plumbing truck pull up the drive early for our 7:30 appointment I knew it was a good sign. Justin quickly diagnosed what needed to be done to complete the installation of our new Rinnai tankless hot water heater. Not only did he get the new gas and water lines installed and tested in less than 2 hours, he also provided some useful tips on how to maintain the unit on an annual basis.

Before he left, he was able to install a new trap on a shower drain that had me stumped. He cleaned up quickly and even hauled away the old hot water heater. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

As a first time home owner, I could not be happier with my choice to use MPT Plumbing! Justin was very timely with scheduling, always responsive to my emails and calls, was always on time, finished on schedule, and did great work!!! I will definitely call MPT Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

He had an initial look at a nightmare of lead, copper and cast iron a toilet. He was fast, efficient and honest with his assessment of the situation. Might end up going a different way, but even in our brief encounter he honest and thorough.
Only 4 stars, because I cannot speak to the work, but if it is anything like his initial inspection and estimate, should be good.

Avoid!
They ran a new water line to my toilet and connected it by using a hot water line which damaged the toilet. They set a tub in a new bathroom, used foam insulation causing the flow to go the wrong way. Both had to be fixed by another plumber. Justin subbed to work out to someone from Ames since he had a court date. Justin did not answer calls and texts to work with me. Sent an attorney rather than discussing.
I actually considered us friends at one time.
