I have used Iowa's All Season Heating & Cooling for several projects and repairs for my business - Triumph Martial Arts in Clive. They are always professional, and a great value. I called last night at 4:30 for a furnace that was not coming on, and they were able to send a tech that had everything up and running in time for our classes that evening. Highly Recommend!!

Recently moved into a new home and didn’t understand how the HVAC system worked in a new home. Their tech did a fantastic job of explaining the new system and how it works. He also checked everything - heating and AC - to be sure all was as it should be.

Brice did a good job. It was a loose wire. he didn't try to up sale me. He answer a lot of questions I had.

Great experience. Had to use the after hours service and they were prompt. Josue was very helpful. He was thorough in his work and made sure the problem was fixed. Would recommend!

Our AC lost power and they came out same day. Trent came out and explained the issue and got us all fixed up. Highly recommend!

Iowa All Season was utilized by my home builder View Homes and I chose them to do my seasonal maintenance. I just got my Spring checkup done and it was thorough and very professional and enjoyable tech, Trent. Customer service was great over the phone and their membership is cheaper and more comprehensive than my previous HVAC. Highly recommended!

I had a furnace issue, and I called this afternoon and within two hours they were here working on the problem. They were very professional and friendly and let me know exactly what the problem was and how they fixed it.

We wanted to find a new service provider for our HVAC maintenance and decided to give Iowa's All Season HVAC a try and we are very happy we did. Their service tech Brice showed up on time and we discussed servicing our furnace, two fireplaces and a hanging garage heater. Brice went to work and did a thorough job of maintenance and testing of our equipment. We agreed to sign up for their yearly package that includes air conditioning service in the spring and shutting down the fireplaces. The package also allows a discount on parts if other service is required and priority dispatch. We hope to build a long-term relationship and reccomend their services to others.

The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all my options clearly. Installation was done on schedule, with great attention to detail and respect for my home. The new system works flawlessly—quiet, energy-efficient, and keeping my house perfectly comfortable. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommend them for anyone considering a new HVAC system!

Worst customer service experience! Unprofessional responses from customer service representative by the name of Alema. Asked to speak with a manger or supervisor & was told that they were unavailable, followed by “Oh my God…” then she hung up on me. I called back & again she answered the call. Not impressed at all! I have a brand new system in my home that no one bothered to explain to me. I asked to have a courtesy visit so someone could walk me through our equipment & explain everything & they won’t even do that. Perhaps this doesn’t represent the business owner, but if there are agents answering calls & this is the level of service being provided, they’d be better off just having calls go into voicemail to be returned at a later time. Of course the calls aren’t recorded &/or monitored because if they were, I highly doubt this is the level of communication that would be acceptable. There are many local companies that provide the same service, yet they understand customer satisfaction is important. I’ll obtain service elsewhere.
