Shawn was great at explaining things and had me actually do what I needed to do instead of him just doing it. It was very beneficial to me for remembering how to do it in the future. He was thorough. He did not try to sell me something I didn’t need.

They are friendly, polite, stay on task, and go the extra mile! Today's representative stayed focused, was a good listener, exhibited professionalism, and was a very effective Communicator from the get-go. Lozier.. all the way!

The service technician was on time. Did a great job checking out my furnace for the winter season explained my system to me as well as my thermostat. Very knowledgeable and very informed.

Not sure Tony had been to our house before, but like all the Lozier technicians we've dealt with over the years, he was prompt, courteous and professional.

They got me hooked up. The Lennox 30s thermostat hook up to the app so I can keep an eye on the temperature in the house while I'm away. Great service. Thank you!

Dave was so kind and knowledgeable. I will ask for him again if I can next time. He worked on quieting the extra noise from my furnace and showed me the specs from testing so I was more informed about the service.

Shawn was punctual, pleasant and respectful of my home. He worked quickly and informed me of filter costs before changing them. He’d worked here in the past and knew the system. He left the furnace and humidifier in working order just in time for the dry winter season.

Tony provided my Fall furnace check. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained the work he had done. I’m pleased with his service check and would recommend Loziers Heating and Cooling.

Our service person, Alvin, was very competent and thorough. Very pleasant to work with. Very quickly determined the problem we were having.

Technician Tony D did an outstanding job as usual. They responded to my furnace being out of service very quickly. I highly recommend Lozier's.

Of course on the coldest day our furnace stopped working. I tried so many other companies but no one would get back to me. Luckily I called Lozier. They called me back right away and came out to my place. So thankful Bill could come out and get my furnace working again!

Scheduling communication was timely. Dave was pleasant, efficient, and explained each step as he inspected the heating system. Educated me on some things that could go wrong and what to look for. Hope he does our next inspection.

Dave from Lozier did an excellent good job checking out our furnace, so it was ready for the winter. He helped explain the different processes of what he was testing. He provided recommendations. He was very friendly and professional!
