Same day service and had to drive to Des Moines for the replacement part

He is fast courteous and trustworthy. He helped me get a rebate on my furnace cutting the price nearly in half

AC needed recharged , called on a Sunday and the tech's showed promptly by 9AM. Had everything fixed and was on their way. Everyone was polite and professional and so helpful ! So happy with the service provided.

Bill has done a few jobs for me in the past including a furnace priced a few thousand dollars cheaper than any competitors with catchy jingles. Fast, honest, and he knows his stuff. Thanks Bill!

Bill Jensen and teammate Stephen are just wonderful! They were able to fit in a service call the same day I called. They arrived at my house just before a summer shower hit but kept working right through it—all while being positive, pleasant and professional. My AC is old and probably will need replaced soon but they didn't pressure me into buying—just charged it up so that we could get some comfort in our home. When it IS time to replace (crossing my fingers that it waits a while), we'll call Bill again.

AC wasn’t blowing cold air. Called at 8am, had a guy here just before 9am. Fast, efficient, nice guys and very reasonably priced.

Bill Jensen is outstanding! Our furnace went out in the middle of a snowstorm and a string of 7+ below zero days. He was able to get it working well enough to keep the house heated and then replace the furnace within two days from first call. He is definitely someone who goes above and beyond! We appreciate him very much and will never call anyone else.

Reached out for new construction quote and never called me back. I finally reached Bill and he commented he didn't want to quote the job. Not very professional to leave me waiting for a quote. I'm guessing he's to busy with flooded basements!
