Was very responsive when I called on a Saturday when the heater was out, showed up when he said he would and did what he could to get the heater to work through the weekend! Ended up needing a new system as it was 24 yrs old, showed up that Monday with two of his guys and had it replaced and going with the day!

We have used Randy many times to look at and fix our furnace and air conditioner issues. Could not be happier with the service he and his employees provided. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through a thermostat wiring issue on the phone that I could resolve myself and even arranged for a part to be delivered to my home to fix my heat pump. Will use this business in the future.

Our furnace died in January Randy came on Monday and replaced the furnace on friday. Great job, clean, professional and Quick. He answered all my questions and is definitely my new HVAC man.
