These guys are real Troopers. They worked from dawn, until it was nearly dark and the job was as done as it could be. Then they made the long trip back, the following morning, to finish the job to my complete satisfaction, as well as a fine cleanup afterward. And their prices were very fair for the amount of good work they did. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was very impressed with the job that Hinman Tree Service did on a maple tree that i needed taken out last year. On May 5th this year they removed a huge pin oak straight across the street from my property. I was so impressed with the quickness and especially with the clean up job during and after they were finished.

My husband asked for information/suggestions regarding purchasing a new chainsaw for timber on our property. Mr. Hinman was very helpful and we definitely appreciated his opinions and advise.

Hinman tree service are a great bunch of guys who really care about local town pride. Enjoyed my conversation with them while I was home this past Christmas break.

We have two trees next to our house we desperately need serviced. They were highly recommended to us by a very respected builder in Northwest Arkansas who is from Parsons and did work for my parents.

Initial call to them in the beginning of November was good, Willy was quick to come do an estimate the same day. We liked the estimate and scheduled with them for the second week of December, weather permitting. If weather pushed their schedule back he said he would call and let us know. Some weather did hit, I called Willy on 12/15 and left a voicemail asking when our appointment would be now with the weather setback and the holidays. I never got a call back. I called again January 7, 2026, I did speak with Willy and we set another appointment broadly between January 12-24. He said they would call a day or two in advance to let us know they would be here. I have not heard from him since. I called again February 14, left a voicemail asking about our missed appointment, why I wasn’t called to reschedule it if something had come up for them, and asked for him to please call me back or we would take our business elsewhere. I still have not gotten a phone call from Willy, or anyone from Hinman Tree Trimming.

Bad communication. Bad client service. Does not seem to care about our scheduled appointment or wanting our business.
