Thoughts were it was going to take two days,but the crew of 4 worked fast and as a team that likes to work only 61/2 hours and water was back on whole filled in and all while the snow and winds were tumultuous.
I found Sooter Mechanicals owner,and employees are righteous. Thanks Skylar 😊 plus I am in Hoxie and they're from Wichita, and the only plumbing company that would come this far.

I had a pleasant experience today with Sooter Plumbing. They cleared 100’ of my sewer line from all roots and debris! My sewer clean out is in my basement but they had the latest equipment that made transport down stairs very easy for them. Thank you for the job well done! I’ll be using them again for any more plumbing issues I run into!

They helped us with our installation of a new backflow system. These guys were very professional- they softly knocked knowing I may have had little ones napping, called me ma’am, explained the process all the way through, and even worked in the rain to get their job completed. Very efficient, well-mannered, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

These guys have been awesome! We had a major sewer issue in a very tight and gross crawl space. Tyler showed up and dived right in. The replaced all the drain piping and propane lines. They were easy to work with amd the work was done with quality and care.

I will definitely be using sooter plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

I was so impressed with the service I received today. From the young lady who answered the phone to schedule my same day service to the two very professional gentleman who arrived timely and explained everything they were doing. Best service EVER!!!! Highly recommend.

We had our master bathroom remodeled in July, and soon after the shower began to leak. A few days later, I was shocked to find water pouring into our basement. Skyler and Eryk came out within just a few hours of our call, quickly diagnosed the problem, and repaired it on the spot.

Unfortunately, the leak had already spread into the basement closet and bedroom, damaging the ceiling, walls, and even ruining two lights. While working, they also discovered an issue with our HVAC system’s plumbing—something that explained why we had to replace the air conditioner motor in our new home last year.

Scooter Plumbing & Mechanical handled every plumbing problem they found. Although they couldn’t address the non-plumbing damage (lights, ceiling, walls), they connected us with a restoration company to take care of those repairs. Their responsiveness, thoroughness, and attention to detail gave us real peace of mind during a very stressful situation.

Eryk and his apprentice came out to look at my 70's shower that was leaking and I couldn't find replacement parts for it. Firstly, they're both very personable, friendly and professional! I asked so many questions and Eryk was very patient and knowledgeable. They both went above and beyond for my situation and I very much appreciate it. I would highly recommend. I am more than pleased with the expertise, the courtesy and the quality of repairs I received. Eryk and Co. came out on a Monday to fix the water shut off valve on my toilet and did an excellent job. I wanted to monitor the repair because water was leaking into my basement at the exact same area. 2 totally different issues so I set up an appointment for Wednesday. Eryk called that morning because he was under the weather and explained Josh would be out. Josh and Co. replaced the old probably, original pipe(my house was built in the 50's) and it was beautiful. The original looked scary actually. Excellent job on both service calls. Both crews were so nice and explanatory. Jennifer who took my calls was amazing. I've know I've found my new plumber!
