Had my first maintenance done on complete new heat pump system put in our house last fall and the maintenance tech Duncan was very respectful and personable and knowledgeable.

Best heating and cooling around. Danny helped more than I could imagine. Installers were quick and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better company to install. Had a few other quotes and mission heating and cooling wanted 3 times as much and acted like a bunch of clowns, telling you anything to get in the door....them clowns need to stay at the circus!

I had some alerts show up on my thermostats and I didn't think much of them until we turned on the AC...Called and talked with Danny who came out to check on things in less than two hours. Danny was friendly and professional from the moment he arrived. He assessed the AC units, found the problem, and repaired both units.

Our technician was very polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable of the issues and easily able to explain it in a way we could understand. It was wonderful that they were able to schedule someone to come out right away as well. Would highly recommend.

We had our furnace and A/C replaced today. The two techs were on time, friendly, knowledgable, and did a great job on their work. We highly recommend Earl Bryant!

I couldn't possibly be happier. The crew showed up early, brought everything needed, and were kind and professional. My entire HVAC system needed replaced due to the coil in the furnace wearing out (it was almost 30 years old). They arrived at 9am and were done at about noon. Everything was tested and it all runs like a champ. I even had the warranty information in my email before they were gone. And they went as far as to close the fence gates on the way out. If you ever need any installation or repair for HVAC; do yourself a favor, skip the overpriced Johnson County companies, and call these guys.

Danny and his crew were very responsive and replaced the entire HVAC system the next day within 6 hours. Great job and very pleased!

Rylan, a service technician for Earl Bryant Heating & Cooling, came out to my house today to check my furnace and humidifier.He did an outstanding job. He knew what he was doing and took the time to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend Earl Bryant Heating & Cooling for all your heating & cooling needs.

I have used this company since I moved to Kansas city in 1996. Recently I was in need of a upgrade to our 25 year old Trane Heat pump. Danny and the crew did a great job from the first phone call to the finish. I highly recommend this company.

I called for a furnace repair after hours because during some basement renovations I accidentally cut the power supply to my thermostat (oops!) Todd was very helpful and had me back up and running very quickly. He was polite, knowledgeable & efficient. Thanks Todd!

Needed a system installed so that I could expand a part of my business. This was at the beginning of the you know what in March. I couldn't get my regular company to come out so I obtained a quote from EB. Their price was right in line with another quote (even better) and they were willing and able to execute in a very timely fashion.

Once on site they were extremely efficient, clean and 100% prepared to complete the project as promised in the time they said they would. The system looks great (even though I had some off the wall requests), the team listened to our wants/needs and explained every aspect as to how the system works.

I will definitely be calling them in the future as our needs arise.

Was in need of a new system and called Earl Bryant. From the time they answered the phone until the job was completed by the installation crew service was VIP.

They thoroughly explained what I needed and didn't oversell me on anything. I would look no further than Earl Bryant for heating and air conditioning needs. Amy, Eddie, and Danny were exceptional to deal with.

Scheduled service on A/C. Technician took the time to explain various aspects of my system, and recommended a minor change to its program. Very professional, thorough and friendly. Highly recommend Earl Bryant for all of your HVAC needs.

We had furnace problems on one of the coldest days. Called Bryant at 7:30 am and they responded within 30 minutes. Problem was diagnosed and repaired in short time. Service Man very friendly and knowledgeable. Very pleased with service. Thanks again

Our air was coming on but only blowing cool air and outside unit was not coming on. Called Earl Bryant and within an hour or so, Danny came out. He opened the outside unit and found a mouse had fried himself and the contact (i think that was what he called it) He replaced it and checked out the unit and we are back in business! Thank you so much! We were very pleased with the service!! And thank you to Amy as well!!!

Highly recommend Earl Bryant Heating & Cooling! They have serviced our 24 year old air conditioner for years. Last week, on an extremely hot day, the air conditioner unit finally went out. The crew from Earl Bryant installed a new air conditioner and furnace that day! The staff at Earl Bryant was professional, courteous, prompt and friendly.

I left a service request Tuesday morning November 1, 2022 and received a follow up call shortly after, Danny the technician arrived around noon and ordered the part to resolve the issue and returned the next day and installed and fixed the problem. Earl Byrant of Basehor Kansas installed my HVAC system July 11, 2002 and I have received excellent service from the system and excellent service from their company. I think this is only the second or third service call in the 20 years I have had this system.

Love this company, they were so easy to work with. They were super flexible with our schedule and always responded quickly to any questions/emails that we had about our project. Pricing was great, will use them again in the future for any sort of work we need done!

Todd called ahead to confirm the appointment. Arrived when he said he would. Wore shoe covers in the house. Explained what he needed to do and set it and did it. When finished he reviewed what he did and showed me a few ways to maximize the features of our system. Great work, great technician.
