I recommend Mike many times a year. He always takes care of customers, and I can promise you he is looking out for their best interests! You would be fortunate to have him work on your HVAC equipment!

Mike did an emergency service call after out unit went out in frigid weather. The furnace was giving a very specific code which we informed Mike about (code 6 for pressure switch), information which he blatantly disregarded. He proceeded to do regular maintenance on the furnace such as cleaning rust and dust away and checking that no hoses were clogged. He spent 2.5 hours looking at it, mostly talking and was unable to fix the issue. He had us look up YouTube videos to help him figure out how to test the circuit board. Then he told us to replace the circuit board. We ordered a $200 circuit board to no avail. We had another technician actually look at the error codes and tell us what we already knew, the issue was a switch that needed replaced. The circuit board cost $200 and $50 to return, and we spent $200 on the service call. The only benefit being that he let us borrow his heaters until we got the furnace fixed by someone else in less than 30min for less than half of what he charged us. We ended up spending $450 with Mike who was unable to get the furnace running and another technician charged us $80 and got it running in less than 30 min by actually paying attention to what the code the furnace was giving. Mike never even looked at the codes and had a nonchalant mannerism..
