Couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of work. Was having issues with my AC and the day after they quoted me, it went out. They were at my house within half an hour of me calling. They kept my unit running, coming out multiple times at no charge until they were able to install my new unit. They left the area they worked in cleaner than they found it. Duane, Justin, Matt and Jesse were all great to work with! Will recommend them to anyone having issues with their HVAC! I plan on being a lifelong customer

Our AC quit putting out cold air and overnight it has reach 87 in the house. Matt was at our house 1.5hrs after our call in and had parts replaced and unit cleaned in under 1.5hrs. We know that D&M responds quickly and always resolves the issue. Dogs are happy that the cool air is going again and we're happy to be signed up for the maintenance plan. Thank you Matt and D&M!

Matt did a superb job in both servicing our full system and especially in inspecting our 20-year-old furnace and detailing for us the next steps we need to take in replacing it. We look forward to working with D & M in this process. Bill & Pam Meitl

We were very pleased with D&M's service and response right from the start! They were able to come out to help us, even at the end of the day. We discovered the issue with our AC at 4pm and they were on-site by 5 after we had tried calling other repair shops. The problem turned out to be a error by another tech 2 years before that they were able to quickly diagnose and repair. We loved their customer service and their honesty. We will continue to use them in the future.

Duane was able to quickly diagnose the problem and explained to me what was needed to fix it. He was courteous, punctual, and obviously very knowledgeable. The next time I have any heating or AC issue I know who I’ll be calling!

I called for help with our air conditioner and they responded within hours with a smile. Affordable price and quick service on a day that’s forecast to reach 100 plus. Truly a blessing for us as seniors!

Mindy and Jesse were brilliant. Mindy was very responsive and efficient in getting me scheduled. No a/c for three days was horrid. When Jesse came around he was very friendly and extremely professional. His knowledge and expertise was second to non. He got the system going in no time and I will for sure be using this company again. Thanks to both Mindy and Jesse.

Matthew called back soon after I left a message (after regular business hours too) and set my appointment for the following morning. Jesse arrived, diagnosed and repaired my units in no time! He is great! He explained what needed to be done in a clear way. Very professional and kind ...knows what he's doing. Prayerfully I won't have anymore issues, but if I do, I will use D&M again.

We had D&M do a complete replacement of our heating and cooling units recently They were fantastic to work with. Matt was responsive and patient in providing us all the options and answering questions. Jesse and Justin did an excellent job with the installation. They took care to cover the floors and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Mindi in the office was great at keeping us informed of timelines. The system is running great and we have had no issues at all. Excellent company and excellent people. Highly recommend.

Our air conditioner stopped cooling our home during the recent heatwave (2023) and we had to call for service on a Saturday evening. Matt from D&M arrived within half an hour and not only got the unit running quickly, but patiently explained everything to me and advised how to prevent the issue from recurring. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and my house is no longer 84 degrees thanks to his help.

Matt was very helpful in making our decision changing our a/c and heat system after our compressor stopped working on a 9 year old unit from another company's installation error. Very knowlegable and answered any questions we asked with helpful and good information that helped us understand what we were looking for. Great service and would highly recommend Matt and his technicians for any job you need.

I spoke with Matthew over the weekend and he took the time to help me understand the issues we were having and worked to get Jesse out on Monday ASAP. With no heat and little kids and going out of town, it was crucial to get it looked at ASAP. Jesse Arrived on time and was one of the best technicians I have ever worked with. Very professional and confident in the work that he was doing. Totally made a customer for life. 1000% would recommend to everyone in the area.

Matt, Duane and the rest of their team did a phenomenal job. We spent several months going over multiple options and several different variations to our whole house system replacement. Never once did they get pushy or annoyed with all of our questions and concerns. They came out several times to visit with us, prior to the decision to use D & M. During the install, their team was courteous and mindful of our home. They treated us like family and treated our house as though it was their own. During the install, we were without heat for 24 hours. Matt and Duane personally delivered several space heaters to help keep the house comfortable for our young children. After the install was complete, their entire team went over all of the specifics with my wife and I. It was apparent that they were as invested in this system as we were and made sure we were comfortable with all the details, prior to leaving. The quality of their work was truly world-class and I have already recommended them to many family and friends. No doubt, we are LIFELONG customers of D & M. When I call them, I know I am getting an honest recommendation and I'm going to be taken care of. When you call D & M, rest assured you will have made the right call and they will not rest until you are 100% satisfied. I cannot say enough positive things about these guys. Had my first mini-split heat & air unit installed. Daikin unit is super quiet & head unit inside is putting out comfortable heat in 30 degree outside temp. Will supply heat down to -13 so I’m set.

Fantastic customer service from Matthew and his team! They went above and beyond to find the right solution for our house. They were not happy with just a one size fits all solution. Their attention to detail the second to none. They were extremely courteous and kept the area clean during and after installation. We highly recommend for all of your HVAC needs!

Matt with D&M was extremely professional. I called him when our AC wasn’t cooling and he came to our house at 8:30pm! Did everything he needed to to get our house cool again!! We were extremely grateful since it’s been 105 degrees plus outside! Would highly recommend!
