The technician showed up on time and did a very thorough cleaning and service. He was professional and courteous. I thought the price was reasonable and competitive. I will definitely use MJB again.

They came out and worked on my furnace all day and got it working for the weekend and called the next day to make sure it was still working. They are the best for service and customer care. I don't recommend everyone but I highly recommend MJB.

As a home Inspector I knew what to check when my A/C system went down. Called MJB heating & cooling and they responded quick and confirmed my suspicion of needing a new system. In very little time I had a new system installed. Very professional and friendly every step of the way. Great company.

So I have a home that was built in the 1970s and I have solar heating panels on my house. I looked for about 2 weeks online trying to get information on them or if anyone knew how to work on them (my interior display panel wasn’t showing any readings for the equipment) Dale came out to take a look and see how he could help me (turns out he’s the only one within a hundred miles that knows anything about the panels). He was able to educate me on not only how the system works but also what repairs needed to be done to get the panels and the display up and running properly. His passion for his craft was very apparent. He and his crew I recommend to everyone! They are always willing to answer questions and explain every detail on what needs to be done. I also like they give options in varying degrees on what my home needs. Outstanding company!

Called on Friday afternoon and was able to get an air conditioner cleaning and check scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Technician arrived towards the beginning of the promised arrival time and was quick, thorough, friendly, and informative. Very pleased.
The office was also quick to respond to emails, usually responding in a matter of minutes rather than in a matter of days as some other companies. That helped make my choice much easier.

We had THE BEST experience with Dale of MJB this evening. They came out on a snowy Saturday evening to make sure that my family had heat. Fortunately for me, it was a quick fix. Dale was so professional and helpful. Thank you so much to MJB!!!!

I called around 5:00 on a Tuesday because the A/C was out at one of my rental properties. They were able to get someone out at 8:00 am the next morning and have it finished by 10:00. The technician was very professional and kept me updated. Will definitely use MJB again!

My furnace started cutting in and cutting out which was reducing the heat in my house (winter). I called MJB at 8:30 am and they were on-site by about 9:30 am. They were very punctual, took the time to listen to my concerns, showed me the issues with my furnace and had all items cleaned, serviced and repaired by 11:00 am. Fantastic response time and the technician, Church, was very polite and professional.

I was looking to replace a 25yr old water source heat pump before it completely failed. Clark was very professional and great to work with on the front end. Unfortunately due to the supply chain issues the new system was delayed. That is when MJB really showed what kind of company and people they were. Dale kept me in informed of the status the whole time and regularly checked in to make sure we were ok and the old system kept going. Unfortunately the old system did have some hiccups, but Dale and Church were right on top of it to band aide it, providing the bridge until the new machine finally was available. The new Bosch system came in and once again Dale, Manny and the entire installation crew were phenomenal getting the new system up and running. Their customer service has been outstanding!

I called on a Sunday afternoon and left a message because my air conditioner had quit. Within five minutes the technician, Church Pruitt, called me up and diagnosed the problem over the phone! He definitely knows his stuff. He was at my house within about 30 minutes. He didn’t have the exact factory part he needed but he had it working pretty quickly by using generic parts. He came back on Monday morning at 8:30 AM with the exact factory part and had it installed and working within about five minutes! He was a super nice guy and VERY knowledgeable. The price was fair, especially since I called on a Sunday afternoon! I will definitely call MJB Heating and Cooling again if I ever have a problem.

MJB is always very quick to respond to our problem, even on the weekends . We have a yearly maintenance contract with them that has proven invaluable. The quality and value of their work has been never been questioned. Their service personnel are friendly and always willing to answer all questions. We have been customers of MJB for many years and do not hesitate to recommend their business .

MJB guys came out and did a killer job installing a new system. Old one was getting dodgy and not cutting it anymore. Had a quote. Got on the books and BAM. Ice cold air. Ahhhhhh…. Wife is happy. Kids are happy. Which makes me happy.

We had a little trouble with our A/C and needed a few extra trips to fix it. The owner did what a great business owner does and stepped in to help. The issue was resolved. That’s the difference between a good company and a great company. They went the extra mile and with that established a lifetime customer.

The MJB crew are awesome! From the time I requested the quote for my new ductless heating & air unit it was less than two weeks for full installation. Dale and his staff were extremely professional and communicative. I knew what they were doing and how there were going to do it because they explained everything to me in layman's terms. The cost was reasonable and I am confident in their work.

If I could leave six stars I would my fiance and I used them to put a new heater and ac unit in our home. They are priced the best and their work was quick and really well done. FInished whole job in no time and left no mess.

While professional they were relatable to us!! Very easy-going too.They gave us plenty of options to choose from and scheduled us in within a few days. Our system had caused quite the damage and an extensive amount of condensation in our basement. As new customers they knew this had to be taken care of immediately.
My family and I wholeheartedly appreciate it so much!
Not only are we able to sleep better at night but we have a new system installed in our home that will help us for many years to come.

We called them because our AC stopped working. Then they looked at our heater and found a very easy solution to why it hadn't been working. We had been using space heaters for 2 to 3 winters to get buy because the heater didn't work well and i didn't feel like i could afford to call a company out. Thank you MJB for your amazing work.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with MJB. They were honest and and fair which is very important to me as a female. They were also very quick and efficient. I’m so grateful for their quick service today at zero degree temps.

My story is a long one but I'll get to the point. After being treated rudely, and my AC being misdiagnosed (with a very large charge) by a local company, I decided to find another company. Looking through the phone I was at my wits end. I prayed that I would find a reputable repair place. I saw MJB and called them. I've been very impressed with the owner and his sense of customer service! Definitely a missing element in today's society! They came to my house and finally got the AC running after being almost a week in the heat. They went over and above what other companies would have done. I decided since my system was 25 years old it was time to get a new one. The installers just left and my house is nice and cool! The installers were efficient, friendly and cleaned after the install. I would definitely recommend this company and big thanks to all the guys that came to fix my problem!

2025 update: Still using MJB for my HVAC maintenance and still very happy with their service. It doesn't matter which tech they send, they are always prompt, professional and very thorough. I highly recommend this company.

MJB have been great to work with. I originally purchased a complete system to replace my 30+ year old system back in 2018. Their people were prompt, professional and did a high quality install.

In January of 2019 I had a house fire that resulted in the entire system needing to be replaced again. I insisted that my insurance company use MJB do the fire replacement work. Once again, they stayed on schedule with the house rebuild, did an awesome job and took good care of us.

MJB stands behind their work, and take good care of their customers. I have recommended them to friends.
