I got an immediate answer calling the office, staff were extremely professional and friendly getting someone scheduled to come out, scheduled time was reasonable and responsive. Technician was personable and professional, communicated ETA, clear communication what he was doing on-site, and professional but not pushy recommendations for the future to avoid follow visits.

had steve install a floor heat system in our garage. very professional work. clean looking install. was very kind in answering any questions, even weeks later. would highly recommend. price was very fair also. thank you sir!

They came and looked at the job and never got back to me with a bid

Only one star because I can't go lower. Called on Jan 23rd because of leak under my home (had to shut off water). They said they were swamped (this was during a bout of extreme cold weather so I figured other people had pipes breaking) but would be out the following week on either Tues, Wed or Thurs. Never showed up, never called. I contacted them on Friday Feb 1st to see when they would be out and was told they were busy with a commericial job so they couldn't work on my leak. The guy I spoke with said they had 'been busy and forgot to call'. So waited over a week with no water because they couldn't take time to make a 2 minute phone call. Poor customer service.

I called and left a voicemail inquiring about a hot water heater. Nobody ever returned my call. If you don't have enough staff to return phone calls, then you may want to hire some people.
