Amazing work! Very dedicated to getting the problem fixed and making sure it is done correctly. Asks questions to gain knowledge about the problem. Does what is best to not cost a fortune and explains what will be done so that you are able to understand all that is being done. Would definitely recommend them for any job. The people who came out to my house were mindful of my toddler and my dogs.

No return call. Had to call someone else.

Told me he had to order parts and then after 3 months of waiting for the parts to come in, the company stopped returning my calls or answering them. The company was contracted through a home warranty company and they had been paid d for the service which Rush claimed to have completed the service.

Beware!! They are liars. Said they would be there and never show up. They charged me over $700 and never fixed the problem. Put a temporary fix on it, then when the problem persisted they said it was our renter's fault. Another plumber charged us $75 to put in some vents and fixed the problem. The worst part is that they lied, said they were backed up, short handed and couldn't make it out. But, that same day said they couldn't make it, showed up at my renter's father's house to fix his drain- and he had just called that morning. LIARs and CHEATERs! Don't use them...

Beware of this business!! Called them to come out and clean out sewer line and they only cleaned out half the line (from clean out to sewer) said they could not find the clean out that goes to the house. Anyway, when they came into the house to flush the toilets they ended up kicking the water shut off valve to the toilet and it started leaking, then notified me on the way back to the shop that I had a leak. Had them come back the next day to repair it. I had to call another plumber to come out and finish cleaning out the line. Rush Plumbing is billing me 435.81. I offered to pay them for the service they provided but they refused.

Had to use them through my home warranty for my hot water heater. Paid $1000 of the additional $1800 to convert my system to a tankless water system(my choice) but it's been almost 4 months and my broken water heater is still here and now leaking in my basement. I have tried to call, they hardley ever call back and they have set up appointments to be at my house and never showed up.

American home warranty hired him to repair my whirlpool tub. He came by and looked at it. Said he would order part. 3 months later no word, no returning phone calls. AHS reached out to him and he said I’m still trying to find parts. That was 3 weeks ago. No response since. I looked on line found the part and installed it within a 3 day period, which was mostly shipping time. Not sure what was so hard about that.. he was paid 100.00 by AHS and didn’t do anything to try and repair my tub.

Initial contacted Rush plumbing about home warranty work on a simple water heater replacement December 12, 2019. Said he would get back with me...nothing!!! I called and texted back in February 3rd, still nothing. To this day, 10 April 2020, I have not received a call back or text on nothing. Please don’t use this business...unreliable at the best. Waited long enough!!!

The faucet was just running. They didn’t have the part so he just went to Ace hardware and got something that just fixed it temporarily. Two days later it was running again from the faucet and the handle had water gushing out around the handle. I called and he said he thought he could come over that day but didn’t and didn’t call. I waited another day then call and no answer. Several days went by and we could turn the faucet off if we just got it just right. I called and got a woman who said she would give them a message two days later they called but I missed their call and they didn’t leave a message. Now we can’t find just the right spot anymore and it’s running just hot water now. I have a warranty company that handles my home problems. It’s Friday night and there won’t be any help until Monday. I didn’t want to call the warranty company and tell them what a lousy job they had done, I thought I would let them come back and fix it. But there’s been to many phone calls to them and no return calls so my only option is to report them as a bad choice to the warranty company. The young man who came at first was very likable.
