We had Schumann complete our electric home inspection, and we also called on them to replace about a dozen of our old two-prong outlets with three-prong ones. Dan was our technician, and he was fantastic. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He made the (unfortunately expensive) process so much more bearable because of his impeccable service. He walked us through everything and made smart, sound suggestions. We'll definitely use Schumann for all of our future electrical needs!!

The gentleman who came out was very helpful. Explained everything to me, didn't push me into something I really didn't need, explained what I have, how it worked, then showed me what we needed. Very honest, grateful for all his help. I believe his name was Dan, Thank you

Had them come to give an estimate over a month ago. Have never heard back

Do NOT recommend. They put us off for 6 months, Shannon confused us with another customer and then sent us their quote with that customer's personal info on it. We understand they are busy, but to keep canceling on us saying it would be a few weeks, then months was a bit much. After confusing us with the other customers, we were told they'd get back with us tomorrow, and THEN accused of being yet another customer who had given them a hard time. They are lacking professionalism and a system for keeping track of orders/customers. Hopefully someone will address this so they can improve.
