We had our AC go out. Westerhouse had a repair technician at our house the same morning and had the problem fixed within a half hour. They are very responsive, friendly, and repair systems fast. I also appreciate that they are honest and professional.

Westerhouse is the ONLY company that our family will use, as we are proud to support our local businesses! They truly care about their clients and our community. Everyone that I have had at my home and spoken with on the phone has always been professional, friendly and helpful. I ask lots of questions and get knowledgeable answers. No one has tried to pressure me to buy a new air conditioner even though mine is quite old. They keep it working just fine. The technicians are prompt and do a great job. Westerhouse is a family owned business with good, mid-western values. They make you feel like part of their family- taking the time to explain what is going on, listening to you and helping provide options that are reasonable for your personal situation, responding quickly when called out to your home, and their fees are well within reason. I can't say enough about how awesome this company and their employees are; and I'm glad that I listened to the colleague who referred me. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my AC and heat.

Replaced entire HVAC system. Initially it malfunctioned and required numerous service visits eventually requiring a new control board. It was going to take 5-6 weeks to get one. They didn't want me to wait any longer, so they replaced the whole outside unit. The guys were persistent in trying to resolve this, even working after hours. They really stayed on top of these issues and were very focused on our satisfaction taking full responsibility. Even though we at first got a "lemon" from the factory, Westerhouse made it good and I would highly recommend them. Thanks to Joe, James, Cameron, Riley, Tanner, Aaron and Alisia.

Westerhouse answered their phone the first time I called, took all of my information accurately, had an available appointment in my area for the same day I called, and showed up-not on time, but early! He called me and asked if it was ok to come early and was professional, honest and very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. When it’s time to replace our HVAC, Westerhouse will be who I call without a doubt. Thank you so much for a great experience….you all made my day!

The people at Westerhouse are honest down to earth people! I've had them come out twice and both times the service men were professional and friendly. My air conditioner was many years past its prime. Westerhouse heating and air was very prompt in responding to my service call. They installed a new unit very quickly. I have no concerns about recommending this company to anyone.

Reasonable prices, small town neighborly care, professional know how. You can trust them to take care of exactly what you need, take care of any issues the first time.

Update: We have a new house and wouldn’t consider using anyone else. Sunday morning our heat wasn’t working. Within an hour and a half they had our furnace serviced and running. Very impressive, especially since we are more rural.

We noticed our furnace wasn’t running late Friday afternoon on Dec 23rd. Temperatures below zero! We love Westerhouse Heating and Cooling so gave them a call. They were able to come by the same evening and had us up and running quickly. We really appreciate how hard they work.

One Tech came out and pressured me to spend either 4k for one repair option or $6650 for a whole new AC. I got a second opinion with Westerhouse. It ended up being a small maintenance issue that was rather easily resolved. Total cost less than $230. He also let me know that my unit probably has about five years of life remaining.

I called at about 4 pm on a hot day for service on a central AC unit that wasn't cooling.
I was offered after hours service which I declined due to good shade and a cool evening forecast.
Next day I received a text when the tech was en route, another with description of the issue and the proposed fix.
I was happy with the fast response and reasonable price. I paid on the phone and the problem was gone and dealt with.
This company is professional as well as good,
real people. I'll call them next time!

As a new homeowner and new resident of Eudora, the last few weeks have been a lot. Westerhouse showed up yesterday for maintenance and I couldn't be more happy with the guy who showed up. Very personable and you can tell when someone is genuinely looking out for you. Happy to stick with this team moving forward.
