What a great experience. These folks are on top of their game. After I bungled the power supply on my unit, they were out the next morning , fixed it, cleaned it, tested it....all in less than an hour. Keeping them on speed dial!

John is not only a professional, but also very honest in his work. If you are looking for somebody who will perform the necessary work without trying to upsell or upcharge for additional items, then this is the HVAC company for you. Pricing is also fair and reasonable.

Hickman Heating and Air replaced our furnace and AC. We also had them expand the size of the main return duct. They do excellent work, they left the house clean, were professional in their behavior, and had the lowest bid. Couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship and price.

Hickman Heating and Air serviced my furnace in October 2014 before the heating season began. For an additional fee, the technician even got my furnace humidifier to work by clearing the clogged water line with nitrogen. It worked well all winter.

It was easy to schedule the service appointment over the telephone and the on-site technician was competent and friendly.

First, Luke said he’d arrive at 2pm and that is exactly when he arrived. This is rare in the service industry these days. Usually, it’s a four hour window. Thank you for being prompt. Second, after my long-time HVAC guy retired, finding a new company I can trust is not always easy. I have found the answer in Hickman. Thank you!
