Got a last minute appointment and had excellent service. Always a concern that a last minute need could signal a situation where the customer could be taken advantage of. I did not feel this at all. Reasonable pricing and no hard sell or any feeling that extra was being suggested. Just fixed the issue in a professional manner communicating the problem clearly. Would use again!

Of all days it’s 98 degrees and my air conditioner went out yesterday. Sante Fe heating and cooling had installed my unit so I did NOT hesitate in leaving them access to my home due to my job. Later I returned to a nice cool house at a reasonable cost. Thank you Sante Fe and a special thanks to Mike!!!!

I recently had a new heater and A/C unit installed by Santa Fe Air, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of my questions, and worked efficiently to get everything installed on schedule.

The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the new system is running perfectly—quiet, efficient, and keeping the home comfortable in every season. I also appreciated how respectful they were of my home, keeping everything clean and tidy throughout the job.

The team from Santa Fe consisted of Nick and Shawn who exceeded my expectations and delivered top-notch service.

Santa Fe was absolutely great to work with! They were extremely professional, timely and did excellent work. They replaced my 20+ year old system with a new variable speed, communicating Lennox system that has been working perfectly. I cannot recommend them enough.

Samuel completed my furnace check up well. He gave great advice on the level of filter coverage needed to make my furnace air flow efficiently. A very positive experience.

We had such a great experience with them last year… so when our AC started to make a strange noise we searched through our old emails to find their contact info again. Another stellar experience - courteous, thorough and honest as we only needed some maintenance and nothing needed replacing (that’s a first). I’m signing up for their monthly maintenance plan right away!

The service man Nick showed up went up on the roof, found the problem with Flue pipe cover. Swapped it out in 30 minutes. I called them and they were able to come out in a couple of hours. did fantastic work and we're extremely friendly
