They have great communication and we’re able to get me serviced same day. A few parts needed replacements and the technician had them on his service van. He verified our Freon level was good to go and cleaned the inside/outside to improve the AC’s ability to cycle air through and remain cool instead of over working in the triple digit temperatures. Highly recommend them. Very professional, efficient and honest.

If I have any issues with heating and air in the future I will not hesitate to make an appointment with them.

My personal experience with premier comfort solutions is that they are an upright and honest company. Always making sure they go above and beyond for their customers an order for them not to experience breakdowns during the hottest or the coldest parts of any season. I would highly recommend signing a service contract with this company so they can keep your system regularly maintained an order to prevent breakdowns at times you need your system the most.

Chad and his partner came over and installed a A/C & furnace in my house the very next day after we called. With a newborn in the house Chad knew we needed help quick & didn't disappoint. We recommend premier comfort solutions to anyone looking for replacement units or upgrades!

Chad rook good care of me. The panel on my furnace had gone bad and he came back several times to get it working. Communicated well and showed up when he said he would...I highly recommend them.

They were amazing!!! Got me in right away when I had no heat on a Saturday! And had a new furnace installed by Monday! Even drove all the way to Winfield for the service call! Definitely will be using them in the future!

Went to do some work on a house and upon entering it was at 32’ I called a different HVAC company and they couldn’t make it out until the following day. I called Premier comfort, and they were able to make it out within 2 hours!! And had the furnace running in no time! Technician was very nice, and professional, and the fact that they came right out and had the heat on so quick I thought they would charge me an emergency dispatch fee and it would be so expensive, but it was not!! The price was very reasonable! I have found my new HVAC company for sure! I will suggest them to all my friends!! Thank you so much for your assistance today!!!
